Really enjoyed how friendly the hosts were, quick response time. The apartment was so cute and well equipped, loved that it had a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen and the rooms were neat, clean and clutter free. 15-20 minute drive to the parks, close by to stores and gas stations. Highly recommend, we will be coming back for our next Disney trip !

Great place, definitely would go back if we go to Florida

This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

Gladis and Paulina were wonderful hosts always replying promptly. Prior to arrival clear instructions were sent over which made self check in effortless. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, even had a kettle, blender and toaster. Lots of towels, linen and blankets and noticed that there was a pushchair, travel cot, highchair and car seat in cupboard. Apartment was spotless and looks just like photos in listing. Lots of tv channels including Disney and Netflix.The apartment was in a gated development and felt safe. The water park was an added bonus and my children were always able to get a tube. Apartment was centrally located, Disney 12 mins drive away and countless restaurants within a few mins drive. Walmart was 2 mins away. My family and I were sorry to leave but will definitely return.

This place is amazing. Our place was spotless. The whole building smelled and looked clean. The amenities were amazing. From the morning coffee, to pools to lazy river to several common areas including a pool table, this place is one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff is amazing - especially the concierge - Vito. So helpful and friendly. Every staff member was amazingly helpful. Booked for a week and had to cancel one night and the host made it easy for us. Highly recommend this place as we will be returning to Lucent at Sunrise.

Perfect place for vacation with my kids! My daughter loved the Elsa room and noticed every detail down to the light switch.

Loved calling Gabriel's place our "home" for several days. The home is sparking clean and looks exactly like the photos. Peaceful and quiet gated community. The place has everything we need. Great location to Disney theme parks, grocery stores and restaurants. We had an amazing stay. Highly recommend and will stay here again if we return to the area.

gorgeous location, with plenty of places to eat in walking distance. the house was immaculate. while we only had breakfast there and made lunches for going out today, the utensils and appliances that were there would have made cooking a 5 course dinner easy. We were left some coffee pods and some goodies on arrival which was lovely. highly recommend and plan to book for next uearm

The area was perfect as it was close to everything and I love how secluded yet private it was as well! The hosts were able to communicate back within a timely manner when asked some questions, so that was another plus! The house was filled with amenities even if you forgot to bring your own toiletries and we fit right in! The only concern was that my parents complained about feeling itchy when sleeping in the master bedroom upstairs, possibly because of the sheets but nothing too crazy! All the bedrooms were overall comfortable and everything was clean as described so don’t let that detail make you shy away from this location! Will definitely book again for another trip! We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casey’s place. We felt right at home and had so much space. Casey was great at communicating and we had no issues during our stay. Overall it was a beautiful and spacious home and will definitely return again if we are in the area again.

This property looks just as it is described and is very beautiful. The host was very nice and communication was amazing. Check in at the gate was super easy and access to the property was quick. Instructions were very clear. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling within the Orlando and surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as a family of 7 and look forward to renting this property again in our future travels.

Kurt and Elizabeth were very responsive hosts! They were also very accommodating with flexible check in and out. The condo was clean, had a nice set up, and great location, close enough to Uber to Disney and the ESPN World Wide Sports. The amenities were easy to access and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Kurt and Elizabeth checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. Great spot, will probably book again next year!

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

We had a group of 7, 3 being children between the ages of 6 and 13, and the place was perfect! The kids bedroom was huge and had plenty of room for them to play and hang out. The place was very spacious, very clean. There were plenty of games in the home for us to play plus the arcade in the community which the kids enjoyed! The commute to Universal was close as well. We would definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful time staying here, I can’t even begin! We love the place, it was ideal for six people five adults and one child. We love the pool! It was probably the best pool I’ve ever seen, and it was warm! The little café near the pool was ideal for our lunchtime group, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were about 10 to 15 minutes away from the Disney parks, there’s a Walmart just down the street, there’s restaurants five minutes away, and plenty to do right here at this location. My grandson enjoyed the activities for the kids. He did a make a button, and sand Art!We would hope to definitely stay there again someday!
