This condo was so great! Walkable to the downtown area and beach, really cute pool area with grills and plenty of seating options. We loved sitting on the lounge chairs & watching the boats go by in the canal. Beach chairs were provided and there were towels to use by the pool. Some very minor cosmetic imperfections that could easily be fixed (stain on couch pillow/ patch on the wall), but didn't impact how happy we were with the stay at all. Would stay again anytime! Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

El departamento es totalmente nuevo, estaba muy limpio, tiene todo lo que necesitas en la cocina, las camas y las sabanas estaban muy limpias y cómodas. La ubicación es excelente. Tienes la playa a literalmente diez minutos caminando y esta a dos cuadras de un centro gastronómico muy bueno. Tiene una vista hermosa al canal y el vecindario es muy lindo y tranquilo. Fue una muy buena decision elegir este Airbnb, precio calidad inmejorable. Volveremos pronto!

Minha experiência no apartamento da Yana foi excelente! Estava viajando com meu bebê e ela foi extremamente atenciosa — providenciou banheira, cadeira e berço, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa estadia. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos: limpo, organizado e muito aconchegante. Yana foi sempre gentil, respondeu rápido e se preocupou com cada detalhe para nos receber bem. Me senti em casa e com certeza voltaria. Super recomendo! Voltaremos mais vezes!

Nikki and her crew were hands down a pleasure to work with. Friendly, informative and prompt! The property was exactly as shown and pristine upon arrival. The home is close to everything , yet incredibly private. Previous reviews were spot on. The only downside was leaving. Thank you so much to Nikki and Mason for being so gracious.

We had an amazing stay at Maya’s place! She was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to check in early. The home was beautiful, just like the photos, but even better. Spacious, clean, and the backyard was serene and perfect for relaxing. We came for my sister’s bachelorette party, and the space was perfect for our group. It honestly felt like a hotel - beds were made with everything we needed, plenty of towels (including beach/pool towels), and toiletries were provided. The extra touches were so thoughtful. We loved having access to kayaking and paddleboarding - it made the trip even more special. Maya and her team went above and beyond, and we can’t wait to come back!

This home was the perfect place for our trip. Plenty of space in house and yard to relax and hang out with family. Pool was clean and nice and cool during the hot days. Rob was responsive and more than helpful when I messaged him about anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house for our family get-together. Great layout, with lots of room and different places for separate groups throughout the property. The pool and outdoor seating areas were furnished nicely, with lots of room to spread out. Sonos system setup throughout the house was a nice plus, too. Definitely, a great stay if you have a big family or group.

I truly couldn’t say enough amazing things about my entire experience and stay at this home and with this host. I extended my trip three times I believe because it felt hard to part with being in such paradise… I’m not sure I could ever consider staying anywhere else in Fort Lauderdale after staying at Lance and Danielle ‘s. I couldn’t have come up with a single complaint or any higher praise absolutely beautiful and such an amazing wonderful trip.

Patrick personally greeted us upon arrival and guided us through each step of the check-in process. The apartment was delightful, snug, with a wonderful view of the marina, and most importantly, it was incredibly peaceful. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

We had an incredible experience staying at the W Residences in Fort Lauderdale. The space was exactly as described — modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect for beach access, dining, and nightlife. The host was responsive and made check-in effortless. The amenities felt truly high-end — just like staying at a luxury hotel, but with the added comfort and privacy of a home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Being a host ourself we can see both standpoints. Chad, is top 3, the best host and home we have stayed in. I spend my birthday here, rented it hours prior to arriving. We had a major switch of plans last minute and Chad was extremely accommodating. Not only did he respond 30 seconds after we messaged, his home was beautiful. When I first got to the place I didn’t think it was going to turn out to be as beautiful as his home was. It is a block away from the beach, he had two beach chairs, beach towels, washcloths, extra blankets, sheets, etc. We didn’t need it but had a vacuum and washer dryer. The views were incredible, relaxing. The parking situation was great, right in front of the home. I went with my one year old son and it was perfect for him. He had anything you could possibly have thought of, he was responsive, communicated how we were doing. I will most definitely be back, wish we could have stayed much longer. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us Chad.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Fabulous and seamless stay! Everything was as described and beautiful! Views were wonderful, space very adequate for our family. Communication with host was very friendly and so responsive that it made our stay that much more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Everything about the experience was excellent. Walter and his team responded immediately to everything we needed and the place was lovely - really peaceful corner unit with a beautiful view.

I agree with all the other 5-star reviews (great location, neat apartment, clean community pool, etc.), so I'll just list a couple of specific compliments in this review. First, the Aloha condo complex is very intimate compared to the neighboring high rise condos. It contains about 20 cute little condos clustered around a recently rebuilt pool with sparkling clear water, somewhat reminiscent of Melrose Place. Brian's 1-BR unit is on the second (and top) floor so it has the best views of the ICW and of sunsets. There are plenty of community deck chairs and chaise lounges for you to relax mere steps from the water. Second, Brian's communications was outstanding both leading up to our rental and during. He recommended a local fishing charter for my son and I, and kept in constant (but non-intrusive) contact with us through the rental process. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, without any onerous clean up demands I'd heard horror stories about. I would definitely book again!
