Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

Our condo is directly on the ocean with a great view from the 2nd floor. The building was completely refurbished in 2021. There is plenty to do in Ponce Inlet from climbing Florida's tallest working lighthouse, visiting the lighthouse museum, the marine science center, fishing, surfing or just relaxing.
