beautiful little peaceful cabin

Thank you Tania. Absolutely perfect for my daughter and I. We are country lovers so this couldn’t have been better for us. Loved looking at the horses out the window / door. Loved the sounds of the birds in the evening and the morning. I got a little confused finding the cottage at first as I went up the left driveway to the main house, not the right driveway. But was able to get hold of Tania promptly and she was able to redirect me. This is a beautiful rustic type cottage with the space really well thought out. I didn’t mind the kitchenette in the bathroom. Obviously as long as you keep everything sanitary as you use it it’s not an issue. Kind of the same situation if you were to stay in a caravan everything is close together amenities wise. Was nice and warm and super cosy. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much for your kind, friendly and inviting hospitality.

We loved the location and the view from the deck is really very special. We so enjoyed our early morning walks along the beach. The bach has everything you need for a short stay, the bed & sofas are comfortable and the mini kitchen is well equiped for its size and there is an excellent BBQ. You can walk to Four Square for basics and/or a couple of cafes for coffee or lunch. We were appreciative of the milk, coffee, tea and biscuits.

Great little place to stay, we were fortunate with fantastic weather to really appreciate the views. Parking is tight, but we were in a big ute, not a little town car. Great place, nice and clean.

I was travelling with a dog and this accomodation was perfect for this. Would be perfect anyway. I left early to catch the ferry to the South Island and it was just a quick drive down the motorway to board. Great spot fully recommend thanks Paul

Great location. Very clean , warm & private accommodation. 5 minute walk to cafes, shops & Raumati beach. Easy communication with owners. Highly recommend.

Martin and Carol's cottage is hard to come by, the minute you walk in you know can relax, it really is so comfortable, and i can't say enough good things about it, thank you Martin and Carol

This was a return stay. Excellent host. Quality furnishings. Complementary quality food for continental breakfast and comfortable bed. Peaceful garden area to sit having a coffee and quiet neighborhood. Excellent Janus Bakkerij(bakery and restaurant) is only 2 minutes walk away. Highly recommended

Had a lovely stay at Janet's. Very peaceful surroundings looking out to the hills and very private being surrounded by all the native bush. I also loved how close it was to Tunnel Gully. Place was tidy and cosy. Perfect!

Loved our stay! The home was so warm and cosy! Beds super comfy! (Have stayed in plenty of b&bs and the beds are usually shocking) Would definitely recommend, check in was super easy! Great little quiet area and so close to everything! Would definitely stay again, thanks heaps!

While the grounds were beautifully kept and tranquil, the passing trains detracted from the tranquillity, which was unfortunate as that did impinge on the beautiful location and facility provided by our hosts.

Very convenient for us as we split our time between Wellington and Paraparaumu; 5 mins drive to get on the expressway to south/north. Aptly named location, woke to birdsong. Perfect, highly recommended.

We loved staying at this lovely little cottage. It was a little house really. Great to have a washing machine and dryer. Also great kitchen supplies and set up. Not that we used it much except for our own breakfast but there were so many things supplied. I would recommend it to anyone.

Had a very enjoyable stay here for a month, Prue and Kevin made us feel at home and were very accommodating, friendly and responsive as hosts. The unit is in a very quiet location but close to parks, public transport and shops. I would definitely recommend it as a great choice for anyone wanting to stay in Silverstream!

The actual scenery from the stay here is better than the pictures. See to believe! Owner went the extra mile and provided skim milk lactose free knowing we are lactose intolerant. Recommended stay!

By far the loveliest stay I’ve had with airbnb! The space was beautiful and clean with lots to do nearby via bus or walking, and Leanne was the kindest and most welcoming host. She made me feel right at home and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

By far one of the most cozy, stylish Airbnb's we've ever stayed. Removed from the hustle of the city but still close enough to bus routes and taxis , with beautiful views in Wadestown. The spa was a lovely added amenity, especially during the colder months. Bed and bedding was super comfy, and the design was top notch! Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the hosts even left us toast, butter & jam. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Wellington.

Raymond has a lovely wee spot in a very handy location in paraparaumu which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend

This is a lovely place. Full kitchen cooking facilities. Ample Kitchen-dining space and living room. It got cold in the evening so I turned the heat pump on. Heated up the room quickly. Washing machine/dryer in bathroom/shower. Lovely comfortable bed and nice bedding. Very private. Beautiful birdsong. I think I heard an owl or a morepork as well. The neighbourhood is very nice. Easy downhill walk to new world and shops. Railway station and buses also very handy to Upper Hutt, Queensgate Lower Hutt and Wellington city. Great stay overall and immaculate accomodation.
