A quiet suite with bathroom and bedroom recently renovated, this private location is perfect for you. One bedroom with a comfortable bed and lots of closet space. From the bedroom you have access to a solarium where you could have your coffee in the morning. One bathroom with shower and heated floor. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. Comfortable living room with TV and outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Shared laundry with stackable washer/dryer. You will have a private entrance that takes you to your garden suite. There is no access to the main part of the house. We are a family of 3 living upstairs. We are close to downtown Vancouver, around 25 min by car or there are direct buses from Deep Cove. You can enjoy the benefits of the slower pace of North Shore, while maintaining proximity to downtown Vancouver. It really is the best of both worlds. -WiFi -Radiant in-floor heating at the bathroom -Baseboard heat in every room -Gas fireplace -In-suite laundry We will interact with our guests as much or as little as desired and possible. Deep Cove is short walk through the woods or you can take the bus. At the village you will find restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, The Deep Cove Sailing Club and a Kayak rental facility. You could also hike to Quarry Rock and enjoy the beautiful view. Great spot for all seasons. At summer time you can go for a hike on the woods, enjoy the beach or have a hamburger at the park. Two golf courses just a short 5 minute drive from the house. Winter is beautiful around here, you will be close to the Cypress, Grouse and specially Mount Seymor Ski hill. Whistler is not far if you want to go for a drive. And you can mountain bike all year! Other things around here: The Raven Pub – Great pizza! Excellent choice for a beer after a long day! Separate Suite, nice, quite, close to city center

The basement suite is very spacious, it’s 1300 square feet and with beautiful views. All the space showed in the photos are private, independent, you don't have to share with others during your stay! Three big beds are very comfortable for a family. A lot of parking space, very easy to park. The kitchen and washing room are fully equipped and very comfortable! The suite is 3 min. to Coquitlam city center by car, 30 min. to downtown Vancouver, About 50 min. to Vancouver airport by car.
