The Port Orange Proper has everything. DOG friendly, NO Cats Please. Dogs have to be fully house trained and owners need to know their limitations. $50.00 fee per Dog. Holidays and Special Event Bookings will not be refunded if not cancelled 10 days in advance!!!! Centrally located between Daytona Beach, New Symrna Beach and downtown Flagler Avenue. Bring your boat and your Bike. Plenty of parking for Trucks and Trailers. MUST BE RESPECTFUL AND MINDFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS!!!

Our "Beach House"

The garage is not part of the rental as we have personal items stored in there. Our "Beach House" is 10 minutes from Daytona Beach - close to the beach, Daytona Speedway, shopping, restaurants, downtown entertainment, etc. We are 1 hour from Orlando attractions. Our neighborhood is a very quiet, suburban neighborhood. Sorry - NO bikes. Some renters might find this too restrictive, if this is you, we ask that you do not rent with us. Our property is not pet friendly.

This cozy house is located in a quiet area, but central to shops. We are a short 10 minute drive to the local attractions such as the beach and the Daytona International Speedway. This home is perfect for travelers with trailers, campers and motorcycles, as parking is abundant. You can walk or ride your bike to get ice cream. There is a garage where you can store motorcycles and bikes during your stay.

The Florida Escape is a newly renovated, 3 bedroom home and is centrally located in Daytona Beach. We are in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are less than 10 minutes from beach access. Shopping malls, Daytona International Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Daytona Lagoon, restaurants, sight seeing, etc are all within a short drive. An hour from Orlando and theme parks, 45 minutes to St. Augustine.
