Ideally situated half way between Southampton centre and Southampton Uni, this calm and stylish space in a period property is a great place to unwind. The newly refurbished en-suite bedroom has its own front door, giving you privacy for your stay. Microwave and fridge provided. This en-suite bedroom is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. NOTE: there is no access to the main house and no shared spaces. The area is quiet but close to shops and cafes and on the main bus routes.

Walking distance to The General Hospital, Soton Uni and The City Centre (see photos), my bright, clean and cosy flat would make the perfect stay for anyone traveling for work or a get away. A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

This beautiful self-contained little cabin has been custom made. You have a single-double extendable bed. Desk, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, crockery, toaster. Your own personal ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden, and your own private entrance. 2 bedroom flat in exclusive area

This recently renovated two-bedroom flat in Highfield, Southampton, is ideal for work or relaxation. Located next to a beautiful park, it provides a peaceful environment with easy transport links to the city center. The flat features a separate kitchen, a lounge with a sofa bed for extra guests, two comfortable bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. With private parking included, this space combines convenience, style, and functionality—perfect for both professionals and leisure seekers.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.
