Το σπίτι μας χτίστηκε το 1890 και ανακαινίστηκε ολιστικά το 2025 από τον πατέρα μου, μεταμορφωθηκε σε ένα χώρο που συνδυάζει την ζεστασιά της παράδοσης με τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. If you have PETS ,it will be the ideal house for them because the whole estate is surrounded by a stonewall with fence.

My place is next to the beach and in the very picturesque harbor, there are activities for families, lounger nightlife and shops. Reasons why you will like my place: light, wonderful sea view, big balcony, comfortable bed, kitchen, comfortable environment, neighborhood, the sea is a minute walk. My place is suitable for couples, activities for one person, a group of 4 people, business travelers and families (with children). You are all welcome!

Luxurious apartment in the heart of Kavala. Located on Omonoias which is the shopping street. Just a couple of minutes on foot from the city center and the sea. Safe and quiet neighborhood. There are two big grocery stores 50m from the apartment where you can buy fresh food and essentials. You can park your car on the street right in front of the apartment for free.
