My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

You've come to the right place if you want to explore Vienna or Bratislava from a quiet base camp. Your holiday nest has direct access to the enclosed garden with a fully equipped BBQ area. During your relaxation in the whirlpool, you can sip a glass of Prosecco and watch the birds in the forest behidn the garden. Bored? Sailing, kite / windsurfing, SUP, archery...are all just a few minutes away. Our 3 bikes provied an opportunity to explore many cycle paths and wine cellars. All in one price !!

The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).
