The Herb Cottage is located on a spacious area with trees, gardens, a pond, and hiking trail. Enter the Cottage to the living room with a dining table, comfy sofa/sleeper, and TV. The bedroom has a queen bed and TV. A convection double oven, cooktop, and dishwasher will cook a delicious meal. The breakfast room has a dining table and microwave. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
