Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Province of Livorno

La maison de Monica est tout simplement originale, située proche du centre ville (dans un beau quartier de Livourne), spacieuse (nous étions 3), confortable; le jardin d'hiver est génial pour y déjeuner ! C'est une maison avec de beaux volumes et nous nous sommes vite sentis chez nous et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

De host Marco is fantastisch. Zeer behulpzaam. We hadden een gezondheidsdingetje en Marco is toen 's avonds direct iets voor ons gaan halen (we mochten hem niet betalen hiervoor). Het appartement is ruim en licht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bed en groot terras met alle privacy. Het appartement ligt heerlijk rustig. We hadden helaas slecht weer waardoor we minder hebben kunnen genieten van alles.

We had a wonderful few days in this lovely seaside apartment at the beginning of November, and were very lucky with the warm weather so we could make the most of the beach and sunny Terrace. The location was a great base for a day trip to Pisa. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. Federico was a very responsive and helpful host! We‘ll definitely consider a return visit!

Ho soggiornato A Casa di Ale con il mio compagno e il nostro bimbo di pochi mesi e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Alessandro è una persona splendida, molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartemento è nel cuore del quartiere Venezia e questo consente di muoversi per la città tranquillamente a piedi. Proprio a due passi, poi, ci sono ottimi ristoranti. La casa può ospitare quattro adulti e un bimbo piccolo (nel lettino fornito da Ale, grazie ancora!). Qualche pentola in più sarebbe il top, ma sono sicura che Ale l'aggiungerà a breve. Nonostante l'appartamento si affacci sulla strada (e sui canali, che bello!), è molto silenzioso: abbiamo fatto delle dormite super! Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, ci sono diversi posti a pagamento proprio fuori di casa ma sono comodi solo se la sera ci si sposta a piedi (la casa è in ztl dalle 20 alle 5.30). A breve distanza ce ne sono altri e Ale fornisce info preziose per trovare quelli più economici. Di sicuro torneremo.

Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till barnfamiljer! Våra barn älskade polen, och vi njöt av den vackra omgivningen. Ett lugnt och fint ställe som vi gärna vill besöka igen. Frukostbuffén var otroligt lyxig och fräsch, med massor med olika alternativ. Fina lägenheter med sköna sängar. Vi hade en mysig egen uteplats.

Posto molto bello, curato e pulito. Proprietari molto accoglienti e gentili. Il mio cagnolino è stato accolto e coccolato, la proprietaria ha avuto sempre cura di controllarlo ed avvisarmi che tutto fosse in ordine quando rimaneva a casa. Posto consigliatissimo

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questo alloggio! La posizione è perfetta, centralissima e comoda per esplorare tutta la isola, ma allo stesso tempo incredibilmente tranquilla. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Inoltre, era estremamente pulito, un aspetto che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia trascorrere del tempo in totale serenità in una location ideale.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Piccola, ma storica e suggestiva località molto ben conservata con Possibilità di visitare luoghi interessanti tutti raggiungibili in 40 min. max 1 ora, come Firenze, Siena, Pisa e Lucca. Alloggio esattamente come descritto, accogliente e con tuttii confort. Il proprietario è cordiale ed ospitale, celere nel rispondere alle richieste e molto preciso nel dare le informazioni. Lo consiglio a chi ha voglia di scoprire la Toscana visitandola in auto ogni giorno in un luogo diverso per poi ritirarsi la sera in un ambiente rilassante, tipico , ma arredato secondo il gusto contemporaneo, con vista sul borgo rinascimentale.

Wir haben als Familie schöne Tage auf Elba verbracht. Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen, der schōne Sandstrand war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren alleine in dem Ferienhaus, es war ruhig und alles da, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben mōchte ich die sehr gute Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes mit den Eigentümern und Ivana. Ivana lebt auf Elba und kümmert sich um alles vor Ort. Sie ist bezaubernd und stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal!

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e funzionale e ben disposto.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber, es fehlte uns an nichts. Procchio ist ein sehr netter kleiner Ort! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage fanden wir ebenfalls grundsätzlich gut, lediglich die Hauptstraße war tagsüber recht laut. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt :)

Ontvangst door de host was bijzonder gastvrij en warm. Het huis was bij aankomst goed schoongemaakt. De ligging van het huis is mooi, met uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. Er is een grote tuin met een olijfgaard. Voor onze twee hondjes was het een fijne plek. Onze dochter heeft ook enorm genoten. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis om Toscaanse steden te bezoeken. Voor ons is het een plek om terug te komen.

Wer ein paar ruhige Tage machen möchte,ist es zu empfehlen.Meerstrand sehr touristisch sowie Restorant. Aber es hat genügend andere möglichkeiten.Schöne saubere Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht.

Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

A truly magnificent apartment in the quiet Tuscan countryside. The apartment itself is nice, cosy and clean in typical Tuscan style. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean with a good shower and the bedroom has a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for clothes. Outside there is plenty of space to sit, relax and enjoy the wonderful views over the Tuscan hills. It was a good start to each day to sit outside in the morning and enjoy my coffee. The swimming pool is great and when the weather was good it was the perfect place to spend the day. Andrea and his family are very friendly and made me feel instantly welcome whilst respecting your privacy. I was also given tips on some great places to visit. I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and I certainly hope to return!

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr nett, abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Alles, was wir benötigten, war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Beide Supermärkte sind sehr nah. Das Dorfzentrum ist nur ca. 500 m und der Strand 1 km entfernt. Francesca ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sie ist sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Willkommen im Paradies! Wenn es nach mir geht, dann haben Marta und Andrea die schönste Unterkunft, in der ich je war (zumindest, seit ich die Ruhe mehr genieße als das turbulente Leben 😅)! Nicht nur das Ambiente in der Wohnung, vor allem auch die großartige Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Morgens von den beiden lieben Hunden, mittags von den Alpakas begrüßt und zwischendrin haben wir den Hasen, die Schildkröten und die Hühner bestaunt! Andrea und Marta waren zudem immer erreichbar und haben uns sogar ohne zu zögern bei einer Autopanne geholfen. Unser einjähriger Sohn war genau so traurig wie wir, als wir abreisen mussten. Das wird definitiv nicht unser letzter Besuch bei den beiden gewesen sein. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause und können einen Aufenthalt bei den beiden nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Our stay at Chiccas appartement was wonderful. The rooms were clean and gave us enough space. The giant garden is an amazing place to relax in the nature and enjoy the day without going anywhere. Chicca and Arno are very nice hosts who showed us where to eat and what are the best places to go the sea. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt! Die Kinder haben es sich in der Gallerie gemütlich gemacht und auch gern das bereitgestellte Spielzeug genutzt. Da die Decken der Wohnung sehr hoch sind, ist es auch überhaupt nicht eng. Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am Strand hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit dem Auto kommt man einfach nach Pisa, Florenz, etc. Wir kommen gern wieder :-)
