We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

Die Steinhäuser von Giovanni & Danielle sind einfach traumhaft! Sie liegen auf einem Hügel in einem wirklich wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet in absoluter Ruhe. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und die Wanderwege die direkt von Haus losgehen sind einer schöner als der Andere. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es ist unglaublich gemütlich und so liebevoll renoviert, es ist eine Freude! Und dann sind da noch Elena, Dario und ihr Sohn Pietro die den Aufenthalt mit ihrer freundlichen Art perfekt machen. Vielen vielen Dank! Größte Empfehlung!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

Un tuffo nel passato nella dimora di Marco, casa deliziosa ben arredata con gusto retrò, ampio giardino e posizione super! Marco molto disponibile e sempre attento a rispettare le richieste! Ve lo consiglio

It was a pretty big house for us - as there were too many bed rooms. And the kitchen and other arrangements were really nice. Probably another toilet in that big apartment would have made it a perfect one. Thank you very much Loredana for your friendly support throughout the stay

Echt een fantastische omgeving! Het is hier ontzettend lekker wakker worden omringd met rust. Het zwembad is heerlijk en kijkt uit over prachtig landschap. De enige minpuntje is inderdaad de onverharde weg omhoog. Voor de eerste keer viel deze zwaar. Daarna heb je snel door hoeveel snelheid je moet houden. Een tip is om zeker niet té rustig te rijden, maar in ieder geval iets van vaart erin te houden. Al met al een geweldige accomodatie

We stayed in Giancarlo and Laura’s apartment for 4 weeks as our home base for touring around Northern Italy. It was a great experience. The apartment had everything we needed including off street parking which is so necessary near the old town. Restaurants, the city center, a grocery and the train station were all within walking distance. Laura was helpful and responsive. A great Airbnb!

Très bel appartement dans un quartier paisible situé idéalement entre le parco ducale et le centre de la ville. L'appartement dispose d'un petit balcon où il est agréable de prendre le café ou l'apéritif.

Appartement tres propre, tres fonctionnel, bien situé, avec parking. A 5mn de l'arrêt de bus 7, qui vous mène à la piazza ghiaia, tout près de l'hyper centre. Bus toutes les 15 à 20 mn jusqu'à minuit. Ramona est une personne accueillante et disponible, qui répond très vite à vos messages. Nous recommandons.

the apartment was great for 2 families, plenty of space and 2 bathrooms. close to a supermarket and to walk into the centre of Parma. also close to the stadium, the parco citadella and another park with a playground and football field. we were able to check in at 11am as no-one was in the previously in the apartment and we arranged with the hosts to leave our bags on check out day to collect later, although in the end we decided to use the baggage storage at the train station. We got a good tip about a rearranged Parma football team match and managed to get tickets. hosts were also responsive and flexible. Definitely recommend.

Bellissima casa, spaziosa e molto pulita. Intorno ha un bellissimo parco, adatto per i bambini. Vicini super gentili e disponibili così come Rossella. Da 5 stelle!!! Complimenti!!

Appartamento pulito e fornito di tutto ciò che serve! Situato in un'ottima zona, molto tranquilla. Davide è un host super preciso e ci ha dato indicazioni dettagliate Sono molto contenta di aver alloggiato qui.

Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente la signora Ivana ma è stata sempre pronta a rispondere e a venire incontro ai nostri bisogni. L’appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort, la cucina è completa, il bagno è piccolo ma ben organizzato. Silenzioso e luminoso.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Piacenzza sehr genossen. Die Wohnung von Giovanna ist einfach perfekt!!! und sehr gut gelegen. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt in Centro Storico. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Piacenzzo reisen, werden wir sicher wieder bei Giovanna anklopfen. Herzlichen Dank!

Wir haben die sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr nahe der Altstadt in einer ebenfalls sehr charmanten Vorstadt, direkt am schönen Flussufer mit schöner Aussicht bis zum Appenin. Dazu ist der Parco Ducale nur 10min zu Fuß entfernt, eine grüne Oase. In der Wohnung hat uns das gute Bett (schöne Kissen), der breite Balkon und die kleine aber gut eingerichtete Küche (mit Espresso, oder Tee) und das helle Bad sehr gefallen. Das historische Treppenhaus mit dem Gewölbe und dem Gepäckaufzug ist eine kleine Sehenswürdigkeit. Schön, das Recycling und Mülltrennung organisiert sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses optimale Quartier!

Kompakte, für zwei Personen völlig ausreichende Wohnung in einem architektonisch ansprechenden Neubaublock. Bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto leicht zu finden, durch die Lage am Nordrand der Innenstadt ist man für Tagesausflüge schnell auf der Autobahn. Die Tiefgarage war aus meiner Sicht ein dicker Pluspunkt. Fußläufig zur Altstadt und nah am Bahnhof, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nachbarschaft. Michela war sehr flexibel beim Ein- und Aus-Checken, ganz schnell bei allen Fragen, präsent und freundlich. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

La casa di Simonetta è davvero bellissima, una piccola bomboniera nel cuore di Parma. Tutto è perfetto per vivere un soggiorno in totale relax, godendo appieno le bellezze di questa splendida città. Il centro storico con i suoi bellissimi monumenti è a pochi passi dalla casa e tutto è raggiungibile velocemente. Simonetta è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili per rendere ancora più speciale il nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo!!!

L'alloggio era perfetto per le nostre necessità. Era disponibile tutto quel che può servire ad una famiglia in un rapido viaggio di weekend (lenzuola, asciugamani , stoviglie, sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma....) insomma possiamo dire di aver avuto una impressione ottima e siamo totalmente soddisfatti! Grazie per la gentilezza e per la disponibilità mostrata al check-in e nel fornire indicazioni per le cene in zona.... Altamente consigliato!
