Πρόκειται για μονοκατοικία η οποία διαθέτει ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ενα υπνοδωμάτιο και ενα μπάνιο,καθως και 2 κλιματιστικά σε κάθε χώρο του σπιτιού.
