Peace-II is a One BHK apartment on second floor (Without lift). The apartment is well ventilated, spacious, cozy, peaceful, private, and comfortable. The place is in Kurichikuppam area on a walking distance of approx 500 meters from Sri Aurobindo Ashram, White Town, and Rock Beach. The space consists of a hall with sitting arrangements, bedroom with queen bed and AC, and a fully functional kitchen with all utensils and gas stove with cylinder. There is free basic speed wifi to do all the works.

The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, geyser, handwash dispenser & body wash/shampoo dispenser. This unit is on the top floor of Maison Souvenir. We have four other units of varying sizes in the building.
