The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

Our guests enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down to read a book or catch up on some work. A workspace and WIFI are available for the remote worker.

The property is located in La Flor Miramar (road to El Velero, León). It’s 2 km south from the main road; It’s not paved but it’s easy access to small sedans too. The property has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom in each room, both with AC. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an open concept. This is a beachfront property with a maximum capacity of 8 people. No pets allowed.

Secluded beach casita- steps from the ocean & surf

Casa Pelicano is a beachside casita. You'll have the place all to yourself. Salinas Grande is a small fishing village where you are likely to pass more cows than people as you walk down the beach. From September to December, sea turtles lay eggs in nests on the beach and you see local fishing boats crashing through the surf at sunset.
