Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. She is built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. A Tiny House in the Forest

Explore the Olympic Peninsula while staying in our bijoux tiny house nestled in the lush rain forest at Millie's Gulch. Sip your coffee (or wine!) listening to chattering birds and frogs. Grill a steak on the BBQ, light a fire in the pit and watch the stars peak out from behind the forest canopy. Read, relax, drive around to the local port towns or just do nothing - that's how we planned it. Small pets welcome - but please check with us before booking.
