Come relax at the Farmhouse at Brainard Valley Ranch. This house is tucked away from all the busyness of daily life. The house provides a cozy feel accompanied with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. Enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the hot tub and in the evenings keep warm around the fire pit. Morning or night you can usually find the deer and our horse feeding in the fields. Whether you are on a couple's retreat, fishing buddy's getaway, or family vacation - the house and outdoor area provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

No matter the time of year you decide to stay, there is always plenty of hiking, fishing and site seeing to do. We are also right across the street from the pool.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. New circle concrete drive big enough to pull a boat through - no need to back up! Flat green space, spacious enough for parking RV or boat or for kids to play around. The side patio hosts a small charcoal grill, table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. The main level holds a full size bathroom with a washer and dryer, a bedroom with a queen size bed, kitchen, and living area that has plenty of floor space for you to bring an additional air mattress. Deck access is off the living area. A set of stairs takes you to the loft that holds a king bed and has access to a small Juliet deck that faces the front of the property.
