Our family (my husband, two daughters, and I) had the most wonderful time at this beautiful countryside Airbnb! The property is set in a peaceful, scenic location, surrounded by nature and endless charm. We enjoyed sitting in the garden just listening to nature. One of the highlights for us was being able to pick fresh oranges right from the trees — making our own juice each morning was such a special experience that our girls will never forget. We loved walking/running the paths nearby. Our host was available if we needed anything and gave us good recommendations for restaurants and activites. This was one of the most relaxing and memorable family trips we’ve had.

Great place with the the great pool. A little remote and in the rural area but that was exactly what we were looking for. Can strongly recommend Jose’s place. Note that going by car the GPS might take you through a very tight uphill street that was very stressful for us with the big car and took a long time to get through. So just be aware, otherwise all great!

Wir waren als gesamte Familie hier zu Gast und haben gemeinsam Weihnachten gefeiert. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt durch die Orangen und Avocado Plantage zu wandern, frische Orangen vom Baum zu essen und das Reiten waren eine tolle Erfahrung. Super Haus für Kinder und Großfamilie mit Großeltern. Gepflegt und sauber. Frederico hat uns alles besorgt was wir brauchten. Wir kommen wieder!

Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im Haus von Filipa und Paulo. Wir waren als kleine Familie zu Besuch und empfehlen es jedem weiter. Unser Baby hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte viel zu erkunden im Haus. Für uns erwachsene war es schön Abends in der ruhigen Gegen zusammenzusitzen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

We had a wonderful 4 week stay in this Central Tavira Townhouse, which was exactly as described in the listing. David met us at Faro airport and drove us to the house, which saved us worrying about finding a taxi and the right address. We were greeted with a huge welcome food box including not just tea, coffee, milk etc for our first night but also bread, bacon, eggs, beans, water, beer and wine. As we're both not very mobile, we found several supermarkets a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. Nearby was the river and a good selection of every type of restaurant. We like to explore and loved that the local bus station was just across the road from the townhouse. We visited much of the Algarve very easily by bus. The property is huge with two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The back garden was lovely to sit out in the sunshine and we enjoyed several BBQs. Overall an excellent stay that we would highly recommend.

Das Appartment von Frederico ist ein wunderbarer Platz. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und die Welt ein wenig hinter sich lassen. Ja, es gibt ein wenig Industrie im Blickfeld. Aber die schöne Terrasse, die Orangen-, Zitronen- und Olivenbaeume auf dem grossen Grundstueck, die tolle Aussicht und die Nähe zu Tavira und anderen wunderschönen Orten an der Algarve bieten Urlaubsfeeling pur. Das Appartment ist gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frederico ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir hatten die Privatsphaere, die wir uns gewuenscht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We (two people) had booked Maria's house for a week. The house has everything you need: on the ground floor was the kitchen and a small storeroom with a washing machine. Also on the ground floor was the living and dining area, a toilet and access to the terrace. On the first floor were two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the top floor there was another bedroom with a bathroom and access to the roof terrace. Outside there was a large pool with plenty of seating and sunbathing areas, a parasol and a barbecue. Each room had air conditioning (to cool or heat the rooms). The House is about a 30 minute drive from Faro. There is a supermarket in the next village. The area is quiet and idyllic. You have a lot of privacy in the House.

Sians communication from booking to our departure was great. Informative and concise. We recommend using the map coordinates given, as Google maps tells you you have arrived, but the property is actually a little further down the road. Upon entering the property, you see it is spotlessly clean and a tardis! Very well furnished. There is comfortable seating, both out front and to the rear of the property to catch the sun..and we did. We had booked a few days at Quinta Rosa, but circumstances caused us to only stay overnight, however that one night was lovely and it was a shame we hadn't had the entire stay there. For information, nowhere is of any great distance away from the property. Quinta Rosa makes a great base for the area. Almancil, (lovely church), Faro, (all of it) are nearby. Loule being the closest, with restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and a wonderful market. All in all a lovely Airbnb property.

Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Es war toll, in einem so ursprünglichen Haus wohnen zu dürfen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Super für Familien mit Kind geeignet.

Blanca's place was exactly what we hoped for: quiet, comfortable, well located and well appointed in the old part of Sanlucar. Lots to see within walking distance. The apartment is charming and has a lot of character. We especially enjoyed the views across the town down to the sea and the patio. It is close to the wonderful market, a very nice Michelin bib restaurant and a few sherry bodegas. The kitchen has everything you need for making simple meals and a very comfortable couch for relaxing on after a day of walking about. Veronica was very helpful. She met us and helped us get parked and into the apartment smoothly. We had a problem with the kettle blowing a fuse, but Veronica dealt with it right away. We would love to come back to this apartment; it is one of our all time favourite Airbnbs. We highly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, charming place to relax in Sanlucar who doesn't mind a few stairs.

In our travels through Portugal, this was absolutely the best place we stayed. Marcio’s place is very spacious, very clean, and has the feeling of being in a real home. There is a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed hanging out. And even though we were in a central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Marcio was very easy to communicate with, and even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, he was extremely kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was fabulous!!

Wir hatten als dreiköpfige Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in Casa Regina, Wohnung 2. Wir konnten auf der großen Terrasse angenehm sitzen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Pool und Garten konnten wir schön nutzen. Waschmaschine super. Andrew und seine Mutter Lurdes waren sehr reaktionsschnell und kommunikativ. Bei Problemen mit der Dusche wurde schnell reagiert und es gab als kleine Entschädigung Kekse und Wein. Bei der Buchung weist Andrew auch darauf hin, dass es eine ruhige Wohneinheit ist. Es ist tatsächlich wichtig, dies zu berücksichtigen, da die Wohnungen recht eng aneinander liegen. Wohnung 3 grenzt an das große Schlafzimmer an und je nach Nachbarn kann es auch etwas hellhörig sein. Man hört auch immer mal die Straße, nachts ist es jedoch relativ ruhig und auch am Pool ist es idyllisch. Es ist noch zu erwähnen, dass der Eingang von Wohnung 1 auf die Terrasse von Wohnung 2 führt. Wir hatten sehr nette Nachbarn, so dass es für uns nicht weiter störend war.

Die Wohnung ist am Rand des historischen Faro gelegen, etwas außerhalb des Trubels, aber alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Vor der Ankunft hat uns Anabela mit vielen guten Tipps geholfen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns ihre Hilfsbereitschaft während eines stundenlangen Stromausfall, der ganz Portugal betroffen hat. Sie brachte uns spontan Kekse und Taschenlampen und bot sogar an, uns zum Flughafen zu fahren, damit wir unseren Flug erwischen. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

We had a great couple of nights in the apartment. It had everything we needed, was spacious and comfortable and very clean. Albaro responded very promptly to questions and gave really clear instructions as well as great recommendations. We tried a couple of the restaurants he mentioned serving traditional Portuguese food which were all great. Would definitely recommend!

I had a perfect stay at Jan’s beautiful house in the hills. It’s located very nicely, a bit hidden in the middle of some beautiful nature and little villages. Big recommendation!

Wir hatten in Altura einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war geräumig und passend eingerichtet. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight. Karine hat uns immer sehr rasch und freundlich geantwortet. Nachdem ein Sturm einen Sonnenschirm zerfetzt hat, gab es gleich Ersatz.

José et Catiá ont été très accueillant et disponible pour notre séjour à 12 dans leur maison, notamment pour remédier rapidement à des petits soucis (un problème d'ouverture de porte par exemple). ils ont aussi été arrangeant sur notre heure d'arrivée et nous les en remercions beaucoup. leur logement est beau, très fonctionnel et très très bien entretenu, il est très agréable à vivre. Le seul point disons négatifs qui ne dépend pas de nos hôtes sont les nombreux travaux de constructions dans le quartier qui engendrent quelques nuisances sonores matinales mais sinon tout était super! Merci à eux !

Alojamiento muy agradable. Corresponde a la descripción. Lugar tranquilo, con preciosas vistas. La casa está bien equipada y los anfitriones son personas muy agradables y atentas para ofrecer un buen servicio y responder a cualquier necesidad o pregunta de los huéspedes.

Die Unterkunft war einfach großartig – sehr komfortabel und gut erreichbar. Uns war nun auch klar, warum das Haus so eine gute Bewertung hat. Die Zimmer waren extrem geräumig und makellos sauber. Schon beim Eintreten fühlte man sich sofort wie zu Hause. Für kleine Kinder und Babys gibt es wirklich alle notwendigen Utensilien von Gitterbett, Kinderstuhl fürs Essen und sogar eine Wickelunterlage. Der Pool war großzügig, gut betreut und die Liegestühle wirklich toll. Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht, während der Sommermonate dort gewesen zu sein, um das alles noch mehr genießen zu können. Die Stadt war ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allem, was wir brauchten. Ein Mietauto ist empfehlenswert, aber nicht unbedingt notwendig. Joana war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei allem schnell geholfen. Vielen Dank, Joana!

Appartement propre, agréable et complet. Tout pour cuisiner, laver son linge, barbecue disponible pour passer un bon moment entre amis. Hôtes très agréables, réceptifs à la moindre demande. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, spacious villa. The property was just as described, with comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. The stunning views and private heated pool were definite highlights! A special thanks to **Silvia and Mickey**, who were outstanding agents—always responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. Their support made our stay even more enjoyable. A few minor suggestions for improvement: - The pillows and linens could use refreshing for added comfort. - Additional hand towels would have been useful. - The sofa bed in the studio is better suited for shorter guests. The location was excellent, with a lovely restaurant within walking distance. A car is essential for groceries and exploring the area, but the convenience and scenery made it worthwhile. With just a few small updates, this villa would be absolutely flawless. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to others!

This house was perfect for our holiday. It is very clean and well equipped and it is also within walking distance of Tavira town, so we could go out for dinner and have a few drinks without worrying about taxis or Ubers. It is facing the pool, and we enjoyed setting just outside the house on the deckchairs most days. Highly recommended! Thank you very much!
