The surrounds were beautiful, deck lovely for morning coffee. The home was well equipped and comfortable. Could not ask for more. Would love to return.

We had a lovely stay at Jonathan's place at a pretty much perfect time of year. The views were incredible! The home had a ton of character, and somehow managed to be cozy despite being huge. The view from the shower/bath did not get old! We would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a getaway.

This house was great for a large group to visit Sunapee area. Cassandra was responsive and helpful. The house was clean, neat, very well stocked, and had plenty of space and things to do.

We always love staying here. It’s so peaceful and the sound of the brook is so relaxing! Philip responds quickly and is an excellent host!!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The views were beautiful! The hosts were quick to respond whenever I reached out. They provided anything and everything you could think of! We had so much fun hiking on the trail to the small waterfall just minutes from the cottage, kayaking, and playing games they had. It was so nice to stay at a place that made us feel at home.

Imagine waking to the gentle murmur of the river, just steps from your door. Kayaking at dawn? Yes! Evenings by the fire pit, under a blanket of stars? Absolutely. The renovated barn boasted sleek, clean lines, yet retained its warm, original character. Every detail, from the plush linens to the fully equipped kitchen, spoke of thoughtful hospitality. A true escape, where nature's symphony played on repeat. Unforgettable!

Beyond the Pond has everything you could ever ask for in a rental, great location, very clean, privacy, and comfort. From the access to the pond, private woods, outdoor and covered porches, to the fully stocked kitchen there is nothing this house didn't have. The house is situated among the trees making you feel like you are the only ones around. The house is the prefect location for close access to Sunapee lake, Mnt. Sunapee, a quick trip up the road towards Waterville Valley, or a day of hiking. This was our second time staying, and we will definitely be back. Book your stay at Beyond the Pond and you will not be disappointed.

Exceeded all my expectations. The property was the perfect escape for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat. One of the standout features was the private fire pit, where we spent every evening roasting marshmallows and making s’mores under the stars. The owners really thought of everything. They provided kayaks for us to explore the calm waters at our leisure, which became a daily adventure. The house itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a rustic-chic vibe, and equipped with all the modern comforts you could ask for. Highly recommend!

The location is peaceful and beautiful. Loved having our morning coffee on the dock overlooking the lake and autumn leaves. Enjoyed kayaking to Paddlers Pub for drinks & food. The cottage is very cozy and just enough space for 2 people.

we were very delighted with the accommodations. the view and area were serene and accommodated both adults and a young child. we will definitely try to reserve again next spring . Gregory was very responsive.

Exactly what we were hoping to find - quite and peaceful location surrounded by fruit loop filled foliage. Steph provided clear instructions and guidance to get to any gain access to the property. We feel blessed to have had our family gather to hike, fish, canoe, and cook s’mores by the fire pit. We couldn’t have had a better stay (unless it were a longer stay :). Very grateful!

Even better than described! We had such a nice stay in the cottage. It’s absolutely adorable and has everything you could need for a night, a week or a month. Very clean and perfectly situated for privacy but close to attractions. Will definitely book again

We enjoyed our stay at Madelyn’s place for our weekend ski trip. It was conveniently located close to Killington and was fairly spacious.

My husband, daughter and I had a lovely winter weekend at Sunset Lodge. The cabin’s proximity to Mount Sunapee was perfect for a day of skiing. Relaxing in the cozy cabin and enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was also time well spent. The homeowners clearly put a lot of thought into the decoration and care of Sunset Lodge which we appreciated. Suzanne is a great host, reaching out with details for a smooth arrival and check in experience. We can only imagine how wonderful it would be to stay here in the fall or summer and would love to return.

Really nice, clean, comfortable, new cabin with stunning views. The bed was very comfortable. I loved all of the windows and stunning views. Walking around the area was very relaxing with some very beautiful parks nearby. Highly recommend!

Our stay at James's cottage was a great experience in a beautiful location right on Lake Morey. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed from a well-appointed kitchen to the large screened in porch to the outdoor decks, dock and raft. The cottage faces west, looking out across the lake, which afforded us some beautiful sunsets. There was ample room for five of us to play board games or to find a quiet place to read a book or to kayak, swim and fish. James was an excellent host; he was very prompt and responsive with his communications. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely consider returning there in the future.

Everything about our stay was great. Kelly was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The cabin is nestled in the woods. It was a perfect family weekend getaway. I highly recommend the cabin.

It was perfect for what we wanted! We were giving Grandma an 80th Hallmark Experience. A lot of what we did was in Woodstock and it was a noce 30 min ride to the town, but for us very convenient. We had a family of 14 and we played games in ythe main living room all together. The downstairs was perfect for our older kids to hang out in!

Such a quaint beautiful home! We absolutely loved the decor, the layout, hot tub, there was little special touches everywhere. It was easy to find and close enough to everything. Highly recommend to other guests and would love to come back and stay longer next time!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay at the Hideaway! The place was absolutely clean, and stocked with the most thoughtful touches—snacks, a bottle of wine, lux soaps and lotions, a wonderful selection of coffee and teas (one day tried the Keurig, next tried the Nespresso). The pillows/beds were perfect! And can we talk about the KILLER hair dryer?! Every detail was so well thought out. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, this is it. While I couldn’t ski due to a recent ACL surgery, I spent the entire weekend here while my family hit the slopes—and it was bliss. Cozy, peaceful, and just minutes from the mountain for easy drop-offs and pick-ups. I’m already excited about coming back in the summer and fall to experience the lake in a whole new way. And a HUGE thank you to the incredible host for the kindness and generosity in letting me check out late due to my injury—it meant so much tome and my family. Honestly, the 5-star rating doesn’t do it justice… this place is a 10 star gem.
