BBQ grill for your use. Stunning views of the mountains in a new neighbourhood. Short 5 minute drive to downtown Wanaka. 5 minute walk to local restaurant/bar. Wifi and Netflix available on Samsung 32 inch TV. Heat pump for heating in winter/cooling in the summer.
