What a gem! We had a great time here enjoying this beautifully set up, spacious, comfortable and well equipped beach house. The pictures don't do it justice. It is super private, quiet and peaceful. We were able to see a Kookaburra from the pool :-) Short walk to beach. Super short drive into town. We would definitely come back.

This house is amazing, it was everything I wanted for our family’s holiday, Tessia had everything we needed , and the house was so clean and tidy. Walk was easy to shops and beach , our dogs were welcomed as well . Definitely be back ..

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was as expected. It’s a beautiful house and location. The only thing I’d keep in mind is that wifi on our phones was either very slow or didn’t really work at all. But the tv was still able to watch Netflix etc without interruptions. We were here on holiday though so the lack of phone wifi didn’t bother us. Beds were super comfortable, showers were amazing, plenty of space for everyone to come together, or enjoy solo down time. Would 100% come back.

Very spacious and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area were great. Check in was easy and Sharyn was flexiblewith the time. Internet was a little slow but I think this will be the case anywhere in this area.

Easy access to house at checkin. Very welcoming and well set up place. Appreciated the serene nature of the house and yard despite being super accessible to venues around town.

What a great place. Plenty of room for a family get together. It was fully equipped - the kitchen had everything you need, it had heaps of books and games - even stuff to keep the kids amused. The location was great. Its a nice quiet street so the kids could ride there bikes but still a short, flat walk to the club, town, the pool and the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was equipped with absolutely everything! The kids loved exploring the great amount of toys in the house, that kept them entertained for ages! The house was very clean and comfortable and we had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived because it actually looked much better than the photos. Great value for money, we would most definitely come back. Thanks Jenna!!

We booked both appartments. From booking till checkout, the process was smooth n easy. Thanks to Ana for managing communication effectively. The place is well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Kids enjoyed board game and adults had fun watching large screen tv with fast internet. We were amazed to experience pleasant sitting areas insides and outsides. Everything at property was well presented and placed for a comfortable stay. There was no soap or shampoo in showers which was easily fixed by a quick visit to a minute away IGA. Very friendly neighbourhood. The neighbours cute dog visited us and played with our kids those named her “Snowy”. Very peacefully and laid back area to enjoy a break from urban hustle. There are not many options for vegetarians that we were aware of and made arrangements before arrival i.e brought own and cook own. Kitchen was well equipped to do so. Overall, we definitely recommend this place. 5 STARS Thank you

We loved our stay at Jen’s place. The house is lovely and clean, is very well stocked with all you need and is close to the water and shops. There is a large fenced yard for children or a boat, carport and front and rear decks. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is insanely good as well as the temperature of the hot water. Tin Can Bay is a lovely little place with an IGA, petrol station and few places to eat or buy take away. There’s a Woolies up the road at Cooloola Cove if you want groceries. We would definitely recommend Seaside Cracka. We hope to revisit in the not too distant future

We stayed for 2 nights. The place was clean, hosts were more than helpful. The pool was clean & clear. Would definitely recommend this house.

This will be our second visit to this beautiful place! It is a great location and very peaceful with lots of space for your four legged friends. The place is just as it’s advertised and is just a short walk to everything you need. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!

Katies place is an excellent holiday house for extended family. It is so big and well set out with everything you need for a family. The pool was well maintained as was the rest of the house and gardens. Definitely recommend this house for large families.

Great holiday house for a group. Second time we have stayed here and house was very clean and the renovations including the outdoor bathroom are great! Super responsive and helpful host. Good location for Rainbow Beach and easy to walk to places. Thanks for hosting us!

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! The place is very nice, offering a stunning and fresh ocean view 🪟 that we enjoyed immensely. The check-in process was super easy, making our arrival stress-free. The property is exceptionally clean and spacious, perfect for a 3-star stay. The bedrooms are large and cozy, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially for the kids. It’s big enough for them to have a blast, and the water is crystal clean 🫧, thanks to a good water cleaning system. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, and plenty of pots 🍲, plates, and cutlery. Just remember to bring your own tea, coffee, and sugar. Two days felt too short to fully appreciate this wonderful house. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! very specious.

Davina’s peaceful hideaway was a perfect haven to see in a new year full of good intentions. She has thought of every tiny detail to make your stay comfy & relaxing. Such as hand-made body scrub & kitchen condiments. Fairy lights & candles in all the right places. A fireplace & aircon, perfect in any weather. The most genuinely kind host I have had the pleasure of dealing with through Air B n B. I would recommend to anyone at any time that you are needing to nurture your soul, feel like you are “away from it all”, be a happy hermit at home reading, cooking, enjoying any media you choose, dancing on the deck walking around the garden… Or also get out and explore locally.. Forests full of wildlife, rich history stories, scenic drives, magical sunsets & moonrises, creative, inspiring & friendly town folk - a beautiful part of our sunshine state. Great value for money, what’s not to love 💕

This was pur second visit to this house. It's a great house within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend. Katie is a great host and very responsive to messages and requests.
