Welcome to the Warnica Coach House! This unique and historic property will not disappoint! Built by George R. Warnica in 1900, this spectacular property was the recipient of the Heritage Barrie award in 2018. The Coach House where you will stay, once housed horses and carriages, has been completely renovated top to bottom in 2023 with the finest touches. We are centrally located with a 30 second drive from the 400, and an 8 minute walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and downtown fun.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish townhouse oasis. The townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 4 beds. The principle bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bunk bed (qn bttm, qn top). The house features a large deck with a gas bbq, outdoor dining, and lots of lounging space. Right behind the townhouse is a beautiful nature ravine with lots of trails. Come, enjoy and relax. The property offers super high speed internet.

Enjoy fishing, swimming and paddling 22km of the green and black rivers. Paddleboat, canoe, 2 kayaks, and a SUP provided. Take the short 5 minute stroll into town for ice cream or fresh baked treats. Lay out on the elevated deck or in the screened in porch with a good book. End your evening at the riverfront firepit. Nearby day adventures include hiking, golfing, parks, beaches, breweries, casino rama, and downhill skiing at Mount St Louis Moonstone and Horseshoe Valley (30 minute drive).

Quiet country setting surrounded by forest and farmland, bordering on the Altberg Wildlife Sanctuary Nature Reserve. Lower level suite with private entrance includes one separate bedroom, one bed with room divider in the living area, plus a full bath, and kitchen facilities. Once called the "United Nations of birds", we are just a short drive from public beaches, lakes, the Victoria Rail Trail, and Monck's Landing Golf Course (stay and play package available). Fabulous star-gazing!

Lakeside Inn Unit #1

This micro bachelor cabin is located behind Lakeside Inn Hotel. The hotel faces Lake Simcoe and the cabin is behind the main hotel. You are a 30 sec walk to the lake. C1 is a private apartment in a cabin that has two apartments side by side. The studio style space comes equipped with a queen sized bed and a smart TV. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub shower and a kitchenette area that consists of a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, table and chairs.

Your cozy winter getaway in a cottage overlooking the lake. Snuggle up indoors with the wood stove, or if you prefer the outdoors, there are plenty of activities. You can also bundle up and enjoy the outdoor firepit overlooking the lake. Enjoy ice fishing, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing within steps from the cottage. For snowmobilers, the B104 trail is 5 mins up the road (or across the lake - whichever way you prefer to go!) Ski resorts are less than an hour away.
