All das wartet geradezu auf Ihre Outdoorabenteuer, Entdeckungen und Besichtigungen. Kostenloses WLAN ist vorhanden, ebenso Parkplätze. Besonderes Highlight der Wohnung ist die Sauna und Whirlpool im Garten. Auch unsere Shetty's freuen sich über einen Besuch.

1-Zimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie eignet sich super für Aktivurlauber. Wanderungen und Radtouren in die umliegenden Berge können direkt von der Haustüre aus gestartet werden. Ein Freibad befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Winter sind innerhalb von ca. 20-40 min. mehrere Ski- und Rodelgebiete zu erreichen. Sie liegt verkehrsgünstig zwischen Rosenheim und Kufstein und kann über die Autobahn erreicht werden. München und Salzburg sind in ca. 1 Std. zu erreichen.

Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck, Siebträger, Ölen, Gewürzen, Tee & Kaffee Waschmaschine (kein Trockner!) vorhanden. Bett = Doppelbett.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
