Awesome location with lots of greenery, fall colours and fairy tale snow scenes! Everything is close by but you are in the peaceful countryside. 3 mins from HWY 400 and 30 mins from airport. Our lakeside home in Cook's Bay — 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 9 — is just an hour from the GTA. Wake up to sunrise over the lake, use our private dock for kayaking and paddleboarding, or unwind by the fire pit and hot tub. You may spot geese and ducks by the lake — they won't block access. Pet-friendly: please clean up after your dogs and keep them off neighbouring properties. Note: per city regulations, the dock is removed mid-October to mid-May.
