Great stay! Exactly as described and right in the middle of everything. Parking was a huge plus - and Jeff let us park early and offered us the spot after check out if we needed it. Very responsive - checked in on us to make sure we were set. Excellent spot - would recommend!

I grew up in Warren RI so I’m very familiar with this small town. The town has a lot of character, with an artsy vibe. Warren is very walkable. The East Bay Bike path is just down the road from Vlad’s place which is perfect; I enjoy starting my day walking, biking, etc... Like me, Warren has grown up, there are some fabulous restaurants, some new and some old. Honestly, I visit Crossroads Pub every time I’m back in town, I used to go there as a “kid”. If you like beer, walk to the Guild Brewing Company, right on the water, not five minutes away. If you want to head out of the area, it’s only about forty minutes to Newport or Providence. Vlad’s place is in a great location to venture out from and a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. I enjoyed my stay, Vlad was a great host and will return some day.

Cute and cozy place at a perfect location. Was walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Unfortunately it rained for our stay, but the balcony would have been a nice area to relax and have our morning coffee.

The apartment is spacious, cute and well equipped. Sean was very responsive via email and text and flexible about the check-in time, which was helpful. The neighborhood is great and Sean provided useful recommendations in his guide.

Had a great 3-day stay at Bobby's place. We were visiting our son at RWU in the next town over in Bristol. The apartment was the perfect size for us - two good-sized bedrooms, living room, a full kitchen and bathroom, and even a private patio. Everything was spotless clean when we arrived. We enjoyed exploring Warren, which we'd never done before. Lots of cute shops and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally we traveled with our dogs and the apartment is adjacent a walking trail, as well as 2 blocks from a park where they could run around. Additionaly Bobby had a lot less rigid rules and restrictions around our dogs, which can sometimes add stress to traveling with them. So much appreciated.

I loved everything. It was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Access to the apartment is very easy since they explain everything to you. I booked it because it also offers parking. We especially liked the town and the shops. Thank you, Jennifer, for your attention. We'll be back.

This was a true gem--the best experience I have had in over 15 yrs of using AirBnb! The attic apartment is as cozy as it looks online, tastefully designed with an aesthetic eye, spotlessly clean, and super well-appointed. The space is lovely and quite luxurious. I am very glad I stayed there as a long-term renter. The weather was not too hot or cold when I stayed, but the heating was easy and controllable by room. Knowing I would be needing to cook meals, do laundry, etc., Susan had truly equipped the apartment with everything I might need, including getting a new countertop oven for baking in case I needed it. She and her family were always helpful and had lots of local suggestions of things to do/see/eat, as needed. They live in the building and Susan is super responsive! The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and its easy to get to/from Brown Univ. I felt safe walking home even after dark. I would stay here again, no question, and I hope I have a chance to come back soon!

We had a great stay! the location is perfect, walking distance to plenty of restaraunts and the beach. We had a quick weekend stay but it had everything we needed. neighbors were nice. house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Stayed in this house for a long weekend and it was wonderful! It’s a very comfortable house with ample bathrooms and a perfect location. It’s easy to get into town and very close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, the beds are comfortable and clean, the entire house was very spotless. If you’re looking for a nice getaway in Newport, this house will be good to you!

Super clean and comfortable. All the amenities you could want in a quiet neighborhood that is a great base for visiting the Providence area. Maria is a great host, with quick responses to all our communications. The home is very well appointed, with a homey layout and cozy furnishings. We enjoyed everything about our stay, and recommend this home if your family or group are visiting the area.

Amelia’s place was perfect for our stay. We loved the beautiful decor and the outdoor spaces to hangout with friends. We would definitely go back again.

The house is beautiful, with a fully stocked and clean kitchen. The back yard is large and the house has yard games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are perfect. Our family had a fun a relaxing week. Peter, our host had great suggestions for dinner and groceries. Close to many activities. We shopped, hiked, played games, walked the neighborhood, and relaxed in the house. Great week!

We had a wonderful stay at Kelly’s place! Had plenty of room for my husband and I, one year old son, and dog. We loved the location - easily walkable into downtown and there were plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Parking was never an issue. Kelly was extremely responsive especially if we had questions. Looking forward to staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had a lot of character and charm, not to mention very clean. Trip and Christina were thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond with special touches like extra toiletries. The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of some great breakfast spots, which was ideal for morning walks with our dog. We'd definitely stay here again!

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

Wonderful place! Very attractive, super clean, very easy to get into, walk everywhere. The kitchen is so well stocked, coffee, spices all the things needed. Comfortable communal area and beds. It was really nice for 2 couples having 2BR and 2full BR upstairs. We hope to be back.Thank you Shannon for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Honestly, Rachel was incredible! We were a little confused about which parking lot to use but that was an us thing haha. We messaged Rachel and she responded almost immediately. The entrance was only a tiny bit tricky but just as she described the restaurant staff was so friendly and helpful when asked about it. The place was clean, the area is fun and convenient! I will 100% be a returning customer and would recommend her space to anyone. Federal Hill is a nice place to feel like you’re out of RI while still being in RI anyway but everything Rachel had to offer just added to the magic of it all! Thank you, sweets! You’re an amazing host.

This apartment was fantastic. All new, very comfortable, and super clean. Perfect spot for my weekend visit to Brown/RISD with family. Great location on Benefit St, right next to the new Brown Bee Coffee shop, which is excellent. Firas was a super responsive and friendly host. I hope to stay there again on a future visit.
