The village has plenty of shops and restaurants, and is a great base to explore the surrounding area. This house has a secure back garden, ideal for small children and dogs. Isfryn is a stylish and beautifully furnished terraced property nestled in the quaint hillside village of Penrhynside, on the outskirts of the ‘Queen of Welsh Resorts’, Llandudno and within easy access to the historic town of Conwy and Snowdonia. Located on a quiet cul de sac and benefiting from panoramic views of the sweeping North Wales coast. There are two good pubs offering live music within a short walking distance and beautiful trails right on the doorstep. Private parking for 2 cars.

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

Our two bedroom cottage is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and approx 20 miles from beautiful Snowdonia making this a great family base for walkers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Sleeping four/five comfortably with one king size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom; we have added a third single bed in the master bedroom to easily cater for a fifth guest. Wifi throughout. The lounge and bedrooms all have televisions...you can simply turn up with nothing but your suitcases and a few beach towels and be ready to relax.
