Great location! Walking distance to campus and downtown. Spent a wonderful weekend with family visiting my son that goes to UK. Would highly recommend!

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our 4 nights at Nena's duplex. We liked the location--easy to drive to Frankfort and to nearby distilleries and restaurants. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. This was our first trip to the area, and we liked being in Lawrenceburg.

A horse-lover’s dream stay and immaculately outfitted! When I say this is one of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed in (after staying in them in 30+ countries), I’m not exaggerating. Not only did it feel like a designer’s home, but we were greeted with a welcome basket with local drinks, snacks, and personalized note; a bathroom with many fluffy towels, complete with fresh toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, makeup wipes, and floss if you forgot, plus a hairdryer, flat iron AND curler. The kitchen had any appliance you could dream of, plus ground coffee AND pods. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and linens throughout and the most charming equestrian touches everywhere. Plus the location is incredible with tons of walkable restaurants right next door. Don’t hesitate to book this spot!

The place is walkable to downtown and only 2 blocks from a famous local candy shop with 20 minute tours of their production facility. It is worth trying. Downtown is a beautiful walk with art, historical signage near the buildings, nice shops, coffee, ice cream, and an art walk. This is a beautiful little town with easy access to the Bourbon Trail. The house is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee and tea to get you going in the morning.

Logan went above and beyond when the Kentucky river began overflowing near the house. He quickly coordinated another location so we would remain safe and made sure the unexpected change was as easy as possible. The entire stay exceeded expectations.

Larissa is very responsive. We really didn’t need to contact her for anything except to ask for a slightly later checkout. But she kept in contact with me making sure everything was good on our end. Walkable to UK campus, Kroger (end of the block), restaurants, and bars. Easy drive to MANY places/areas. Place was very clean, beds were so comfortable. The area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

5 friends stayed comfortably here for the weekend while in town for the Kentucky 3 Day Eventing at the Horse Park. There was plenty of seating in the living room, the kitchen was clean and easy to use for snacks and breakfast, beds were comfortable, nice showers. Parking in the driveway and street was easy. Super convenient location - only 13 minuted drive from the Park and all on regular roads (not highway). Overall, a comfortable, clean place to stay that met our needs perfectly.

Exactly what an Airbnb should be. Everything was exactly as listed, beautifully maintained historic house with great furnishings. I think every single adult went down the slide, ha! We would absolutely stay here again, perfect distance to the horse park and easy walking to several restaurants.

This is a perfect location if you are attending an event at Rupp Arena. Callahan was very responsive and helpful.

Place was great. Very convenient for any event in downtown (Rupp Arena for us). The traffic on Broadway could be a little loud at times and the bathroom doors creaked very loudly when opening/closing; loud enough to disrupt others sleeping. Otherwise, hard to beat.
