Located at the base of Mt Mansfield it is a newly renovated 1840's Vermont farmhouse. Surrounded by open fields and beautiful mountain views, it is close to many recreational, cultural and culinary activities. Burlington and Lake Champlain are less than an hour away.

Modular home has only ever been a short term rental and never fully lived in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one master bathroom. Electric fireplace to gather around after a long day playing in the snow. Large movie collection for stay at home days. Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
