Nice two-bedroom unit in a quiet neighborhood without adjoining rooms or other rentals. Centrally located near downtown Grand Junction that made it ideal for my travel to several local places I was visiting. A nice, fenced yard space is available for use. Unit was well supplied and equipped. In unit washer and dryer were definitely a plus. I make frequent trips to Grand Junction and this unit is far superior the hotel rooms in town where I have stayed and at a better price point. I will be back.

We had the best time at the house and fell in love with all of the animals! The property was wonderful! The animals were the best part of our stay! Loved everything about it! We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area again.

Well appointed and very clean home. Everything was as described and Brandon and Rebecca were very communicative. The location was a bit noisy but I realize that is not the fault of the owners!

Staying at David’s RV in the peach orchard was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, David made us feel completely at home. He went above and beyond — helping us plan out the perfect day, prepping the pool so our kids could jump in right away, and giving us an amazing, in-depth tour of both the RV and the beautiful orchard. The RV itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable — it had everything we needed and more. Waking up surrounded by the peaceful orchard was such a treat. David’s passion and care for his property really shine through in every detail. If you’re looking for a stay that feels special and genuinely welcoming, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

This property is outstanding! In person, it actually is even nicer than the pictures and description. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, better than any other airbnb I have stayed in. You can leave your travel soaps at home because all three of the bathrooms are provided with gigantic bottles of top quality body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The views off the deck are gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. And if you like to gaze at the heavens, on a clear night the sky is filled with stars. I highly recommend this property!

This place was amazing!! We learned a lot from Mike and his wife Tina was great and prompt with anything we needed. Our fur babies had the time of their lives and didn't wanna leave. Would love to go back there again in the future! Even our friend that stayed with us had an amazing time. We didn't get to enjoy the Colorado river due to the high speed of it but it was a breathtaking the view and calmness of just being there.

Brookwillow Retreat was a very comfortable home for the week, in a nice quiet neighbourhood in a great location. Hosts were friendly and great communication, fast and efficient. I would most certainly stay again when in Grand Junction.

This was such a lovely place to stay. Jody is very kind which made it easy to communicate with her. She was very responsive to my messages. We felt at home while we were there. We were able to easily cook our own meals. The house was stocked with basic things like kitchenware, spices, and such. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. Jody has put a lot of time and thought into the decorating of the house. We very much enjoyed the artwork on the walls. I can not began to share how lovely the views were outside the windows. The electric fireplace was very cozy on the snowy days. My family outside of Colorado is wanting to stay here again when they visit later on. I'd definitely stay here again! Thank you for providing such a lovely retreat.

This listing is beautiful! We stopped in before leaving from the airport and it was the perfect unwind prior. The surroundings are beautiful and the yurt itself is gorgeous. It has everything you could need and more. We will be back!
