Apartman Costa-Bella je smješten u mirnom dijelu Rijeke. Nalazi se u privatnoj kući koja je smještena na samom moru sa izlazom na plažu te na šetalište koje se proteže od Bivia do Preluka. Gosti imaju osigurano zatvoreno parkiralište. Do apartmana se dolazi vrtnom stazom dugačkom 60 m koja ima šezdesetak stepenica. Apartman ima 40 m2 i natkrivenu terasu veličine 15 m2. Posjetite nas i uživajte okruženi zelenilom na prostranoj terasi uz šum mora i pogled na Opatijsku rivijeru i kvarnerske otoke.

Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

U uređenju stana zahvaljujući profinjenom ukusu i kvalitetnim materijalima očuvane su vrijednosti kuće čija gradnja datira 1928.g. Uz stan, gostima je na raspolaganju dodatni prostor na otvorenom uz more, te privatni pristup moru. Stan je zamišljen za 3 osobe ( uz posebne uvjete može ugostiti 4 osobe). U istoj kući iznajmljuje se i mali studio apartman za 2 osobe, koji je moguće iznajmiti istovremeno kad je slobodan.

Both floors have toilets/bathrooms. We at Vala aparments offer discretion but are always at your disposal if a need arises. Free parking space.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
