Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Manolo! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Lage ist perfekt – das Zentrum und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Manolos herzlicher Empfang und seine hervorragende Unterstützung: Wir haben viele nützliche Informationen und Tipps erhalten, die unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht haben. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Sevilla. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles blitzesauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In lief ganz einfach über einen Code, den wir im Vorfeld erhalten haben und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ca. 11 km von Sevilla entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadt problemlos zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es war leider zu kalt aber der vorhandene Pool lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein und der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach ist einfach ein Traum. Diesen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und haben es geliebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus mieten konnten.

We had a lovely short stay at Monica's place. The only challenge was the heating but it's been unseasonably cold in Seville which meant the downstairs heating fuse went. Monica was extremely helpful though and came right over to help sort out the issue and provided a portable heater as the fuse couldn't be fixed immediately. She was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house also had lots of nice little extras like spare tooth brushes, a bathroom amenity kit and coffee, milk etc... those things that sometimes get forgotten during a trip or are very handy on your first morning (coffee!)

Isabel es una anfitriona perfecta. Nos dejó detalles a nuestra llegada que valoramos mucho. La casa un espacio de paz, tranquilidad con decoración antigua que le da personalidad y calidez. Duque es un amor, te recibe con un baile cada mañana al verte jajaja. Repetiremos din duda. Gracias por todo ☺️

Super maison avec sa piscine et l'espace extérieur. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine et leur espace privé. L'emplacement est bien pour visiter Séville, mais il faut prendre la voiture (10 minutes) pour aller à la première station de métro. Parking gratuit au centre commercial Metromar qui permet aussi de faire ses courses facilement. L'hôte a été aux petits soins pour nous et a pris de nos nouvelles lors de la grande coupure de courant de toute l'Espagne, pour s'assurer qu'on n'avait pas de problème. Si je retourne un jour à Séville je retournerai dans la Villa Romana.

Wir konnten flexibel anreisen und Maria war stets für uns da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich hoffe wir können nochmal wiederkommen.

The apartment was comfortable and the view from the terrace was lovely. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The location was perfect for exploring and finding great food. The main thing to note is there are many stairs. It was totally ok for us but caution anyone with limited ability to climb stairs.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Jessica et Jean-Christophe ! Honnêtement, c’est le plus joli Airbnb que j’ai eu la chance de louer. Il est décoré avec goût, propre, neuf, la cuisine est entièrement équipée, l’environnement est calme et sécurisé, l’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de commerces, restaurants, mais dans un quartier calme. Les hôtes sont réactifs et arrangeants. Je le recommanderai à des proches en voyage à Séville sans aucun doute !

The flat was clean comfortable and extremely well located. There were five of us and we had lots of space, especially enjoyed the terrace. Triano is a great barrio with lots of great restaurants and easy walking to all the sites. Lauren was terrific. So helpful and responsive. She recommended a flamenco performance that was so wonderful we went the following night. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Très agréable séjour, dans un très beau et très confortable appartement. Esperanza est très disponible et aidante. Compter tout de même la petite marche 15-20 minutes pour rejoindre le centre historique, mais beaucoup de commerces et activité proche dans le quartier, notamment pendant les ferias. Je recommande ++

Appartement spacieux et très propre. Départ idéal pour Séville avec la station de métro à 20 minutes en voiture. Belle terrasse, équipements de qualité. La place de parking en sous sol est un véritable plus Hôte charmant et très agréable Nous recommandons vivement

One of the best (and cleaniest) apartments, we've ever stayed in. Incredibly clean, great location, great hosts! You will find everything you need during your stay in the apartement, as well as a lot of information and recommendations from Barbara & Barbara regarding check-in, Sevilla, monuments, parking etc. Very lovely hosts, always reachable and here to support. Thank you for an incredible and easy stay. We will definitely come back and stay in the apartment again.

Great location and perfect place for our family to stay for a few nights while exploring! Easily walkable to everything we wanted to see and explore, also great restaurants right in the area. The host was very welcoming and met us with the keys and personally showed us around the apartment and also highlighted areas of interest on a map provided for the home. We would stay here again!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung- hallt Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnung mit allem , was man für ein paar schöne Tage in Sevilla benötigt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Gastgeber, check in unkompliziert. Dankeschön

El alojamiento es tal cual lo describe la anfitriona han sido unos días increíbles y he estado como en casa, además permite mascotas así que he podido disfrutar de mi perrita , ya que tiene zonas verdes a las cuales he accedido con ella y parques muy cercas. El pisito es acogedor tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia . Sin duda recomendable. Además pudimos disponer del jacuzzi de la zona privada y genial. Mariló encantadora y pendiente siempre a cualquier duda que me surgía.

We visited Seville in Semana Santa, a week full of emotions and beauty. Although seville was busy during the week, our stay offered a safe and quiet place to get to after a busy day. Its spot on in the centre of seville and totally worth going to. Barbara is a really great host, super responsive and helpful always ready to ehlp in whatever way she can. Una estancia muy buena para ir en familia. Cerca de la playa, zona tranquila y hay cerca un supermercado que hay de todo. Todo funcionaba a la perfección y muy bien el apartamento muy bien equipado. We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Sevilla! The flat was a great layout for my sister-in-law and my daughter and me. The apartment was well-stocked and we enjoyed many meals on the terrace (the star of the show!). The bells from the church are charming, but can be quite startling if you’re relaxing on the terrace and not expecting them (we eventually knew to prepare for them, including the calls to evening mass: 60+1 at 7:30, 60+2 at 7:45, and 60+3 at 8:00). It was worth it for that beautiful view! The location was great. We walked everywhere including the Triana and Feria Markets and all around the Alameda and Las Setas areas. It’s feels like a more local neighborhood with tapas bars (which is what we wanted) instead of the areas that cater to tourists. It’s a lovely place and we highly recommend it!

Excelente apartamento num bairro muito calmo . O apartamento estava extremamente limpo , bem cuidado , com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia .

La descripción coincide plenamente con lo que nos encontramos, al apartamento no le falta de nada, todo muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas. Muy buena zona con restaurantes y supermercados a 5 minutos caminando. El acceso a la playa a pocos minutos andando por zona peatonal frente a la salida de la urbanización. Sin duda volveremos.

lo súper recomiendo, el lugar es fantástico, tanto para estacionar, la comida, las distancias, la atención, la seguridad, la tranquilidad, la privacidad, la recreacion y esparcimiento, y otras muchas cosas que marcan ese plus que uno busca. la casa tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. seguro volveré, Bruno ha sido un buen anfitrión, y la estancia muy agradable. no duden en en venir!

Nosotros quedamos 2 noches y tuvimos muy buena experiencia desde comunicación muy fluida, piso excelente, muy céntrico pero tranquilo, tiene todo lo que necesitas h buen precio. Recomiendo mucho! Muchas gracias!!
