Close to Halifax and its historic Piece Hall or Hebden Bridge with its vibrant arts and crafts scene. We are dog friendly with excellent walks for dogs and their people. Dogs must not be left unattended on the during your stay. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

It provides an ideal base to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire including; Howarth, the home of the Brontes, Halifax, including the Piece Hall and Shibden Hall, the home of Anne Lister and the Pennine Way.

Bramble House Annex is a self-contained semi-detached two story house, in a beautiful countryside setting. Self catering accommodation, suitable for leisure, business or a romantic escape for two. We are dog friendly for a maximum of two dogs, in a perfect setting for walking and outdoor pursuits near by. The annex is on two levels, entrance, open plan kitchen, dinning and living room. Upstairs is open plan with a double bed with an en-suite shower room and a separate walk in wardrobe.

There is also free on street parking a couple of minute walk from the property on Burnley road, the same road as the property.

This self catering home is located around lovely walks, close to local pubs and restaurants. Although surrounded by spectacular views the train station in Sowerby Bridge is a 5 min car journey away to reach further destinations including Manchester or Leeds. The hosts live next door and are available if needed.
