This is a beautiful house and the view is exactly as pictured! We spent three weeks here and had an amazing time spending each day in the pool and evenings watching sunset. Dan has great recommendations, communication, and a guest discount to his catamaran tour which is tons of fun. We were three people working remotely and occasionally faced problems with power outages, often multiple times per week and day. If you are working remotely I would recommend flexibility and/or also having a local sim/ external data connection to avoid issues. However, I will mention that these issues are not unique to Dan's place and can be expected at any location in San Juan del Sur. The house attendants are readily available for anything you might need, however we sometimes faced miscommunication issues in regards to cleanings and laundry. I would highly recommend Dan's place for a relaxing vacation and remote work, you cannot beat the pool and view!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Cooper from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Gabriel Zamora was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and responding quickly to any questions I had. The space itself was exactly as described; clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds. The private balconies and the kitchen ‘s stunning view was was breathtaking. The house wooden, charming vintage furniture, as well as its decorations really made the place feel special. I recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

This home is AMAZING and everything we were looking for in a Nicaragua retreat. Walk to surf at Maderas, fun surf right out front and super mellow swimming 2 minute walk at Majagual. Great restaurants and veggie fruit truck every few days. The home was well stocked and the kitchen had almost everything you would want. We would rent again for sure!

You can’t go wrong renting this beautiful home. We felt at home. Beautiful views. Very peaceful. The people in charge were very helpful, responsive and professional. We enjoyed our weekend stay for the second year in a row. I definitely recommend staying here. Just gorgeous home.

We had a wonderful time at this house, it had everything we were looking for, very private and literally views on views, also Courtney and the house staff were very professional and proactive, the communication was excellent! We will be happy to be back on our next trip to San Juan del Sur!

Great place to stay with family and friends! The host was very responsive and addressed all of our questions. As well as the property manager.

The home was beautiful and so was the location. We were barely home, but when we were there it was beautiful. A few things I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 SUV to make getting to the property easier. The other thing would be to stop and buy some necessities, like paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that our stay was lovely. The home was way bigger than we needed, and it was 10 of us.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach villa in Nicaragua! The location is perfect – just steps away from the best beach, where we could enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of the waves all day long. The villa itself is beautiful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We felt completely secure throughout our stay, with a peaceful and safe atmosphere. An added bonus were the stairs down to the beach….which added some daily exercise. We would stay here again – it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

Maru’s place was so nice. It was a perfect layout for our group with three families. Maru was very helpful, answering all of our questions and connecting us to others for transportation, golf cart rentals and excursions. The location is great. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Close to several delicious restaurants. Maru’s team kept the place clean, including the pool. The pool area was perfect for hanging out when not at the beach.

Absolutely amazing experience staying at window in Las olas. 2nd time visiting hacienda iguana and I didn’t think it would be possible to top our first trip but we decided to stay at a different house and boy, this place exceeded our expectations - very clean, spacious, and directly in front of Playa Colorados. Highly recommend doing a catering option for food if you’re traveling with a group of people… ask for Martha! James was so easy to work with and we all are excited to book again next year!

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay in this house. It is stunning, the living area was great and we loved the pool. It was an easy walk to amazing surf, but golf carts were fun too. The property managers were really helpful, they booked a chef for us and all our surfboards rentals etc. There is also yoga, pickle ball, golf and volleyball at the beach club, lots to do here. We would 100% come back.

had a great time at this place, the view and location is amazing, dishes and appliances are a bit old and run down, had no problems only thing was there’s nothing in the listing about paying if you go over a certain amount of electricity. we were 5 people in a house meant for up to 10, we were VERY mindful about keeping lights and AC off used it only at night and not even for a full night in only 2 out of 3 rooms and we still went over and had to pay extra which i couldn’t help but feel cheated out of that money. for that reason i would not return.

A great stay in a new Airbnb that’s just getting started. Good spot to stay and an excellent view of San Juan del Sur. Would recommend staying!

Amazing the experience staying on Katie’s Villa, the views were unique and immaculate vibes. Spacious villa with high roof. They are the fastest replying host I have ever got, Also ask for Dennys he will help you get setup you up for anything you need in town awesome and friendly local. I have wanted to visit Casa Luna for years and it absolutely lived up to all my hopes! I had an incredible time there that I will remember forever, I cannot recommend this place enough. There is truly something special about this home. My friend managed most of the communication with Laura, who was so responsive and helpful with our questions and has such a strong knowledge of the area. We also used her recommendation for a chef to come to the home and cannot recommend this enough too!!
