Cosy annexe in an amazing location

This newly renovated annexe is self contained, and even though the living space is small, 4200mm x 3200mm, we have gone minimal to try and provide almost everything that guests would need, so there is a day bed with trundle in the lounge, storage cubes, small table and a tv on the wall. There is a small kitchen with a small worktop breakfast bar, fridge, Tower air fryer oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and sink unit. There is a separate shower room with toilet and basin with vanity unit.

Hazelnut Studio is a pretty, one bed guest house located in the garden of a Grade II listed cottage. It is situated 5 miles away from the historic university city of Cambridge, which is easy to reach by car, bus or bike via a good cycle route. There is free on-street parking next to the studio. The guest house itself has a modern feel with a new bathroom, a table and chairs and a new, comfy queen-sized bed. You will also have access to a patio with an outdoor dining area and a pretty garden.

The huge desk becomes a bed without having to put away your work! Kitchen has a single induction hob, air fryer, sink and fridge. Studio is fully equipped including all linen & towels supplied so suits overseas visitors. Change of linen and towels will be done weekly and a light clean.
