Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. A little over a mile from the busy main street of Aviemore, The Birdhouse is a cosy little home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with free off street parking and front and back garden. Using the local orbital pathway, it is approximately, a 20min walk to the main street. Close to the Speyside Way, The Birdhouse is a great base for all outdoor activities or relaxing in a pretty home in quiet surroundings. The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

Bespoke renovated bothy with high-end, luxurious facilities. Wet room and sauna. Underfloor heating in shower and living area. Wood burning stove. Centrally heated bedrooms with with Egyptian linen and quality mattresses. Downstairs bedroom has french doors leading out to the deck and garden. Kitchen boasts dishwasher, Bosch oven, hob, washing machine and granite worktops. Outside deck with stunning views from own private garden. Gate access to footpath leading to village.

My place is close to the village centre. You can walk through the woods and be in centre in about 20mins. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the neighbourhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families . Sky tv in lounge, smart TV in snug, 5 bedrooms (3 got smart tvs). Selection of DVDs in snug for use. Wifi included Robes and slippers provided for use of hot tub
