Our Shepherds Hut newly built in 2021 sleeps 2 people and nestles nicely into it's own private space just next to the house, which is in a gorgeous rural location in the heart of Snowdonia national park. This hut has electricity, central heating, and hot water making it a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is an outdoor firepit/BBQ with table and bench to sit and eat, where you can take in the beautiful view. It's a perfect location for keen walkers and popular area for cyclist's.

Easily accessible from the A55, it's a short drive to all major attractions, from adrenaline activities (like Zip World) and the great outdoors to history or culture. We're a cosy bolthole, perfect for unwinding in this home from home.

A 5 minute walk to Llanbedrog beach and cafe, the Coastal Path, the church and a large art gallery.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. There are numerous footpaths directly from the property, mountain biking and nearby riding stables. There is a village pub and shop and the ever popular Betws-y-Coed is only 4 miles away. Snowdon and Zip World are approximately 30 minutes drive. Go Below and Conwy Falls are close by.
