Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period. The Four Top is a welcoming 6 meter bell tent which includes two double beds complete with duvet, pillows and linen for that home from home feel in the great outdoors. It also features a private fire pit and seating area. The Four Top has access to a shared outdoor kitchenette with additional seating and is exclusively for glampers. Our spacious yet cosy bell tent offers pure privacy from it all as you stay amongst an apple orchard on a smallholding home to ducks, chickens and more. Not far from our ancient woodlands, find yourself immersed in nature as you fall asleep under the stars and wake up to the sound of birdsong. We are a very rustic and basic farm and pride ourselves on being simple. Being between Whistable, Canterbury and Faversham, it is the perfect location for a true getaway.
