Emma and her family made my stay ultra welcoming and the place was a perfect hideaway whilst I got started with my new job. Emma was always on hand and responded to every question quickly and never made me feel like anything was an effort The place was clean, quiet and well placed for getting into London. Witham has a host of nice restaurants (El Pulpo being my fave), Freeport designer village is up the road and beautiful countryside is only 5 minutes drive. Can’t recommend the place enough and was a lovely experience from start to finish.

Spotlessly clean recently refurbished to a high standard with luxurious bedding & furnishings. Rebecca was very welcoming & helpful as were all the staff on the yard. A really beautiful place to stay. Cannot recommend highly enough we will definitely be returning.

This was our second time staying with Joe, we enjoyed our cute convenient little Mousehole so much that we had to book again.

Excellent location with the pier, beach and town so close by. Stunning views and a spacious 1 bed apartment. A little tired in places like the bathroom but a very pleasant stay and highly recommended to all 😊

I was attending a course in the area and the stylish and cosy accommodation made it a super all-round experience. The heating warmed the place thoroughly within 5 minutes and all the essentials were provided.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Excellent apartment. Very clean, spacious and plenty of kitchen equipment with many extras all which made us feel very at home. Easy to catch a bus into Cambridge centre. Even though it is next to a busy road the views were across the airfield and when the windows were shut you couldn’t hear any noise. Perfect.

Our stay at Pond View was peaceful and relaxing. Access to the site was easy but secure. The accommodation was just right. And Christopher was a great host.

A great new studio room and bathroom. It has a great little kitchen unit, all modern attachments and my personal favourite a built in toothbrush charger. Linen all seemed brand new and the bed was firm but comfortable. My only request would be a blind for the velux window . There is a spiral staircase up to the studio so I would not recommend a large suitcase. My medium size was was just fine.

Fiona was extremely helpful when I checked in especially as I for some reason got a tad lost( I was the problem as it's easy to find) The property is an annex to a beautiful house in lovely grounds with a great field for the dog to have a run in. This is the cadilac of airbnb's, the annex has everything you could possibly need. it's immaculate, exactly as in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the shower room is excellent

The Lark is a wonderful apartment to stay in. It has every home comfort you could possibly need. Sue has thought of everything and her attention to detail with the little touches is amazing. The balcony area is fantastic and we were lucky with the weather so were able to use the space to its full advantage. We cannot wait to rebook.

A lovely peaceful place to stay in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Perfect base for my daughters Wedding next door and Sam was so helpful. I am local but anyone wishing to visit the suffolk coast this is ideal.

our stay was a great place to stay and only a short walk to the town, also the bed was so comfy and had a good sleep, the TV was easy to navigate and the parking was no problem.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Edi and Dan were incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from the start to the end. They were very friendly and accommodating to us. The location was tranquil and peaceful, which was exactly what we wanted. We especially appreciated the little touches such as multiple breakfast options and local tips. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was lovely too! We can’t recommend this location enough, we would definitely book again!

My sister and I enjoyed a very cosy stay. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and warm with easy parking, and access to the forest and lovely walks just outside the door. Jane was great at communicating and the property was extremely easy to find.

Thanks Lynne, your annex accommodation is great. It was comfortable and warm, clean and colourful. Generous breakfast and sweet treats supplied. Peacefully located at the edge of Radwinter and only five miles from Saffron Walden where we went to a concert at Saffron Hall. We will be back again soon!

We stayed in Julie's lovely flat whilst visiting Ely for our friend's wedding. We really enjoyed our stay, the flat was perfect for what we wanted. Julie and her husband made us feel extremely welcome, the personal greeting and extra little touches make all the difference. The flat itself is lovely, exactly as described / as per the photos. It's a very comfortable and nice play to be and everything has been thought of. Ely itself is beautiful we really loved the city and the flat is in the perfect location to explore. We will definitely be booking again when next visiting the area. Thanks again Julie.
