A lovely little hideaway, good location to use as a base to explore the local area and visit friends. Very very quiet and peaceful with added bonus of the sound of a stream trickling past. Nice to have an off road parking space, easy check in and very clean space and a responsive host. Thankyou Sam, we hope to stay again in the future.

We booked a really last minute holiday and arrived within a few hours of booking. The place was absolutely beautiful and so many comfortable places to chill around the house. The location was perfect as well, just what we were after! One of the best holidays we've had as a family!

This was our second stay at Gary and Lisa's annex. We had a lovely stay. It is perfect for our family and an ideal location to visit Tavistock and the moors around it. The annex was spotless and has all the amenities you need. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely night at the gorgeous Apple Store. Lucy was a great host and gave such clear instructions on how to find the property. She was kind enough to leave us a bottle of fizz by way of apology for some damaged tiles in the shower which was completely unnecessary but a lovely gesture (barely even noticed the tiles!) The room was lovely and clean with an incredibly comfy bed and a much needed Nespresso machine for our morning coffee. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of booking a stay in beautiful St Agnes.

We had a lovely relaxing stay to bring in the New Year at The Hide. Very cosy and we loved the uniqueness of your place. The hosts were super friendly and we were welcomed with homemade bread which was delicious. Thank you for a perfect start to the new year :)

Frances was a great host, friendly and very responsive. Kindly provided fresh milk, eggs, butter tea and coffee much appreciated and all used. The accommodation was perfect for our needs particularly the accessible bathroom. Everything we could ask for and more. Many thanks Frances we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend your place to others.

I have visited Alison's lodges now several times as the location is just absolutely stunning, it's dog friendly and the lodges themselves are beautiful, cosy and well equipped. The sound of the babbling brook at Brook Lodge as I fell asleep at night was so peaceful. It's so easy to access beautiful walks very close, including within the grounds themselves, and you can also hop in the car and go a bit further afield. Alison is very thoughtful and flexible and I could not recommend this stay more. It is a little bit of peace!

4 day stay and was perfectly equipped for the 2 of us to self cater and have a relaxing visit. Their place was very clean and in a very quiet location which was exactly what was required. Michelle and Richard were friendly and quick to respond to queries and on the day we arrived we were running early and they were happy for us to check in early which was very much appreciated. Relatively close to Bodmin and some of the best north coast beaches are about 30 mins by car. Definitely recommend if you are planning a stay in the area.

We had a lovely stay at lavender cottage. James was the best host. He regularly check in on us and made sure we were happy and gave us some info about local area. We visited over Easter bank holiday and there were 3 crème eggs in the welcome basket which pleased us all and made it have a personal touch. The cottage was cosy and clean and was nicely situated within the village. There was also an outside loop which meant we could look up our bikes securely. We also were able to stay an extra night meaning our daughter was able to have a riding lesson near Perranporth. Cute, cozy, comfortable and very clean with good beg sheets and comfortable bed. We absolutely loved using the sauna. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were sad to leave this place.

Simple and straightforward from booking, to arrival, to check-out. Host was on site within 30 mins of arrival to make sure everything was good and we knew where to find things. Perfect quick and informative introduction without feeling intrusive. Walkable to town centre and supermarkets (quite a steep hill back up again). The outdoor area with the hot tub is a lovely little private spot. A really great addition that made the stay worthwhile. Bodmin is a great base for exploring the rest of Cornwall. I was just there for peace and quiet so the town itself didn't matter. I'd stay again.

A really nice place to stay. the Host Mel was really responsive and helped with any queries. Easy to find. The accommodation was really nice, a little basic but just what we needed for a quick stop over. Within walking distance of town.

The accommodation was absolutely spotless and provided everything I needed. There was also a welcome tray with tea/coffee , a starter portion of breakfast cereal and milk in a little fridge. The host was so helpful in making sure I could find and access the property. Any messages sent were answered very quickly.

Heather and Rob were great hosts and The Snuggery was beautiful. Exceeded our expectations. We loved all the little extras, the afternoon tea, eggs and especially the bathrobes. Such peaceful surroundings we didn't want to leave. Will definitely recommend.

Beautifully set up and decorated, including some photographs taken by Tony himself. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet stay. A bit far from the usual places, meaning you will need your own transportation. But well worth it. Look forward to staying there again

We had such a wonderful stay, everything was immaculate. We absolutely loved the gardens, the chickens and the hot tub was an absolute highlight! Kieran was super helpful even leaving us a little breakfast basket from the local farm shop which we absolutely loved. Thank you so much, we would love to come back again 🤍

Great setting with a fantastic view, garden area for kids and local farm animals to boot. Perfect for anyone wanting a bit of a countryside escape and well located to get to see various spots of Cornwall both north and south and near some national trusts. Host was friendly and responsive and the place had everything we needed including a washing machine and tumble drier. Like any static caravan it can be a bit chilly but there are heaters that work well and although the middle room didn't have a heater but kids slept fine with some long sleeve PJs. Wifi is included but the TV isn't a smart tv - however there is a selection of DVDs and a DVD player and we actually quite liked disconnecting from on demand viewing for a week.

Fantastic accommodation. Great location and high quality fittings and fixtures. Bright, spacious and within walking distance of both town and Moor. Highly recommended

My stay at Frances’ was absolutely lovely- she made us feel very welcome from the offset! The place is very charming and homely- I’ll be back for sure if I return to this neck of the woods!

A fantastic place to stay in Fowey. Easy walking distance from the shops and Readymoney Cove. The Summerhouse feels light, airy and spacious. It was a real treat to have the outside area, cleverly planted to provide lots of privacy. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower is amazing and the bed is really comfortable. I would love to come again!
