We stayed here for a family wedding and the place was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy for everyone to relax and feel at home. The layout worked great for both gathering together and having our own space when needed. The host was fantastic - communicative, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely come back!

Was working in Spennymoor so this was incredibly convenient. Stayed for a few days, good communication from hosts. Garden has a great view and a secluded / peaceful spot.

We wanted a base to visit The Beamish Museum and Newcastle, Jane’s house was in the middle of both. It’s a large mid terraced house which is quiet, warm and cosy. It has a very comfortable bed, good shower and well equipped kitchen, everything we needed for our stay.

Everything was spot on, loved the house.

I stayed here with partner & two kids recently. The property was easily located with good parking. Anytime I needed to contact the owner they responded swiftly. Excellent apartment, stayed with my family for almost a week. It fell like home from home type of environment. Super responsive with messages, kind and helpful! Flexible with checking out was a great bonus for me. I will definitely come back if in the area again.

We were a family group of 8 and booked this home for a 2 day stay in Sunderland. The house is about a 15 minute walk from Sunderland town centre or a short drive and was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed (except for a hairdryer, we couldn’t find but which was listed in the amenities section). There were a few bits of messy plaster/unfinished paint but this had no impact on us. The hosts were very responsive and kept in touch before and during the stay to check we were ok. And it’s really good value for money for the size of the house, and if you are a larger group like us.

Cosy little house a 10 minute drive to Durham City Centre. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Quiet rural surroundings. Comfortable beds with clean bedding. Nice hot shower too. Hosts were quick to respond if we needed anything. Very easy and pleasant stay.
