This is a duplex home. Both units A&B are used for AirBnB. Entirely private, no shared spaces. Last home on the street behind a cemetery.

The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

Serenity Place Close to Waco, Magnolia, & Baylor

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

The German Schmear Cottage

The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. The Blissful Bear’s Lair - 2 miles to BU, Silos

The Blissful Bear’s Lair is located near EVERYTHING in Waco! We are 5 minutes from Baylor University and McLane Stadium, less than 10 minutes from Magnolia and Spice Village, two minutes from Magnolia Table, and 10 minutes to Cameron Park and the zoo. There is a Starbucks that is 170 steps from the house! If you are here for a game, Baylor event, or just a vacation to enjoy the fun things Waco has to offer, our Airbnb is a comfortable place to relax and unwind.
