Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het tiny house staat achter op ons terrein en is omringd door een natuurlijke tuin. Hierdoor heeft het een weids uitzicht met veel privacy. De rust en de ruimte in dit schattige huisje voelt als een ware belevenis, een plekje om even bij weg te dromen!

Heerlijke slaapkamers, een moderne keuken, een fijne woonkamer en prachtige natuur. Er is WIFI, TV, vloerverwarming, moderne keuken en er zijn maar liefst 3 slaapkamers. Het is 1 van de mooiste plekjes aan het meer met de bijzonder mooie avondzon over het schitterende Paterswoldsemeer. Het is een zeldzaam en rustig plekje.

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Modern cabin

A cabin from 2021 with all facilities you need. Easily accessible by car and located between Groningen and Delfzijl. The cabin is situated in the Hoogeland region which is known for its calming views and beautiful Groningen sunsets. It is not uncommon to see a herd of deer grazing during breakfast! This is the perfect accommodation for a walk- or biking tour in the area, or to see the rest of the northern Netherlands or Germany by car.
