The deck off the living room wraps around the second floor of the house and offers views towards Monterey/Moss Landing while the deck off the Dining Area and Master Bedroom offers views towards Santa Cruz! Interior of the home has bright, modern furnishings, beautiful artwork throughout the house and a reverse open, spacious floor plan. On the entry level, are the First Bedroom with a King Bed and the Second Bedroom downstairs with 2 Twin Beds. Upstairs, the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Area all flow nicely and feature floor to ceiling windows of the beautiful ocean views from each area! There is a well-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, fully equipped stove and range, dishwasher, disposal and bar seating. The Dining Area features a custom, "Beach" glass dining table seating 8 and access to the "back" deck with BBQ. The Living Room has a Gas Fireplace, sofa and chaise lounge chair. Lots of windows and 2 sliding doors leading to the "front" deck make the Living Room the perfect gathering place for family and friends. This home features a flat screen, high def TV, Cable, DVD Player, Stereo with CD player and surround sound, and wireless high speed DSL. The Master Bedroom upstairs has a gas fireplace, full ocean views and a door leading to the "back" deck as well as a private bathroom. Sea Horse Beach House has a 1 car garage + driveway parking. The beach access is either through the gate on Sand Dollar Lane (gate code provided) or take the landscaped, winding path behind the homes that takes you directly to the stairs down to the sand of Sand Dollar Beach! NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED!
