The entrance to the building is through the main gate controlled by a remote, leading to a backyard. Entrance to the building itself, through a door with intercom. There is a possibility of parking one car in the backyard, or on a guarded paid parking near by.

Fully functional and equipped with cuttlery, glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, set of pots, cutting boards, knives. It includes a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, double electric cooktop with ventilation hood, toaster. Detergents for the apliances available.
Spacious and comfortable shower cubicle. Cabinet with highlighted mirrors. Guests are provided with a set of towels and basic cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, hand soap). Water is heated with an electric boiler, as the apartment has no gas installation.
It contains another wardrobe with hangers additionally equipped with first aid kit, iron, ironing board, drying racks, vacuum cleaner, cleaning appliances. There is an information board on the inner side of the door including the address, contact information, emergency phone number, access codes to the building and wi-fi.
There is an absolute ban for smoking in the apartment (including balcony and building corridors) no partying and animals allowed.
Silent hours apply from 10 p.m. through 7 a.m.
