You come and go by the front door as you please, but the third floor is all yours: bedroom, work area, reading area and private bath. The rest of the house is private, except the stone porch where smoking is OK.
"The home is exactly as described. Take the stairs to the third floor, and the floor is all yours. Very private room with lots of windows. The third floor has its own climate control, and we were always comfortable." (Paula from FL)

"This was our first experience with Airbnb, and Aaron made it a good one. He greeted me at the car and carried some of our bags in. Once inside and up to our space, Aaron and Diane explained all we needed to know. Even though you get to the room through the main house, it is private and your privacy is respected." (Wesley from OH)

"Aaron has a binder full of recommended eateries and things to do. It was so great! Q39 was the best barbecue we have ever tasted and literally just a 8 minute walk from this house." (Ben from LA)
"We especially enjoyed having the whole floor to ourselves. Also, the little beverage area in the sitting room was terrific--relaxing in bed with a cup of coffee was a great way to start the day!" (Heather from KS)

We've lived in this 1903 Arts + Crafts wood house since 1997. With its stone exterior around the first floor, it is the classic Kansas City shirtwaist.
