Perini Ranch Restaurant is nearby, as well as several other great places to eat - not to mention Abilene is 8 miles away.

Our home is 5 minutes away from McMurry University and 10- 15 minute drive to ACU, and Hardin-Simmons University. Enjoy the comforts of this cosy, mid-century inspired home. This property is located in a safe-working class neighborhood in the center of Snyder, just minutes away from local restaurants and shopping. This home was the childhood home to my husband, and many of the neighbors and their families that knew him as a child still live in the neighborhood! This newly renovated property offers garage parking (without garage door) for one vehicle and outdoor parking for another.

Our little unique bungalow is a smaller home located on Sayles Blvd. Right across the street from McMurry University, and under 10 min drive to most areas. We are on a busy road there will be road noise. We do have sound machines available. We do NOT allow pets. Parking available for NO More than 3 vehicles NO parking on the grass. Please note our parking can NOT accommodate big trailers or several large vehicles. Our home is on a busy street with VERY limited parking.

The living room has comfortable furniture for ample seating. This home has Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms with cable, WIFI, internet and Blue Ray DVD Player. The utility room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Very simple, but beautiful and comfortable place to stay. You will be staying in one apartment of a duplex. Only 7 minutes away from downtown Abilene (by car), where you can find amazing cafes (Front Porch Cafe, Monk's cafe), and restaurants (Vagabond Pizza, The Local). House is located to close to Sayles Boulevard and Butternut street, which makes it a breeze to get around. There is also an air mattress that you can use for the 5th and 6th person. Thank you!!
