Great spot in Dollar Point. The house is exactly as pictured and described. Very cozy and the kitchen was very well-stocked which was a nice surprise! Everything worked well -- the hot tub, fireplace, etc. Lots of games and puzzles which was a nice touch. Very comfy beds. Very dog friendly but also spotless. Many thanks!

Great place to gather with family and friends. The house was well equipped and kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit on the smaller side but the common areas are spacious and cozy. The house has just amazing views of Lake Tahoe. We absolutely enjoyed staying here.

The house is beautiful and provided exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, great place for the kids to play in the Snow and full amenities. The house was great. It does have a lot of stairs and as the listing says was not child proof, kept me very active with my 1 yr old. Would go back again

Brenda’s home was such a wonderful retreat for me and my husband’s honeymoon. Quiet and peaceful. It was a little difficult to get the place warm but the fireplace was nice to have and thankfully we brought a heating pad. Such a beautiful little home.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is in a great location for skiing at Palisades only 10-20mins drive and is also close to restaurants in the Tahoe city. It’s spacious, warm, cozy, and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cookware and tableware, making meal prep easy. The WiFi is fast, and the hot water supply is excellent, making showers very enjoyable after a long day on the slopes. Also super easy to check in and out. Overall, a wonderful stay—we’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay again at this beautifully maintained, cute A-frame house. We love it and we never have an issue. Can't wait till next year!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The convenience of the shuttle picking us up right out front was fantastic. Plus, the cleanliness of the place was impressive.

We came to Reno for our Nephews wedding. We had a wonderful 4 nights in our rental. We did bring our dog and my mother in law. Knowing that we were going into a rental that allows pets we were ready for it to be a little dirty and maybe dog hair around….. but that was not the case. This place was clean clean clean!! The location was perfect for everything Reno. We even got parking every time on the street right in front of the rental. Even though we had a designated parking for the spot it was great to have options. The place was very sound proof. We couldn’t hear people down stairs or the rooms next to each other and even outside noise. Plenty of room in the rental and all necessary amenities. We would stay here again for sure!!

Yes it was an amazing place to stay. We felt at home. The shower was amazing because it was a bit cold outside and after hiking all we wanted was a hot shower. Shamus did an amazing Job with checking in via the app to ask if we needed anything during our stay and it was much appreciated 😁. We never got cold during our stay whether the heater was on or not. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was awesome. Fit the whole vibe of that area of Reno and the view of the river was awesome. The convenience of everything being near was also great.

Such a hidden gem! This place was even better than expected—just as described and had everything you could possibly think of. Super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The host was amazing—communicative, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll absolutely be regulars from now on. Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Absolutely loved it. Location along the lake was special. Walkable/ very runnable area. Very clean and cozy little spot and felt very private.

Better than the standard hotel. Pretty quiet area. Would recommend for the weekend or even just a night stay. Assigned parking is also a plus.

Great place right near Nevada beach for a last minute getaway. Was convenient to get to Safeway across the road.

Perfect for our group of 10! This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were simply stunning. Plenty of hot water for everyone after long days on the slopes was a huge plus. The location was ideal, so close to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach - super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. We loved the high-end appliances, especially the wine and beverage refrigerators. Two ovens and a microwave made cooking for a large group easy. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy some private time. And the hot tub! That was a definite highlight. The cover was easy to use, providing both shelter and beautiful lighting. Sean was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Julio from luxe Vaca, who manages the property, was also extremely responsive to any requests we had when we checked in. We will definitely be booking Sean's place again!

Beautiful home with lots of natural light and views of the surrounding hills. Beds were comfortable and owners were welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Home was easy to find and perfectly located. House was a bit chilly but once we figured out the heat it was more comfortable. Whenever we had an issue RnR was very responsive. We would love to come back in the warmer months and would definitely consider staying at Lakeland Village again.

Amazing location, just across the street from the Heavenly gondola.

This place is magic. Randy and the team were super friendly and welcoming. He gave us a tour of the property where we got to see the Alpacas, horses and Highland cows. We did wine tasting, horseback riding and hiking without needing to leave the premises. Their pizza is on point too! We will definitely be back to hit up some other local spots. Highly recommend this place!
