Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. View Street, Manapouri; turn south west on your travels through middle-earth! 300m from the Doubtful Sound jetty, our one-bedroom cottage overlooks Fiordland and the Waiau river and is complete with all the comforts, including a wood-burning fireplace for cosy New Zealand winter evenings. Perfect for couples- our cottage is not suitable for children.

Everything you need for a luxurious stay plus extras including push bikes, and an outdoor hot tub to sit in under the stars. The "Lake to Lake" bike trail is across the road from the house, and Fraser's beach is just a few minutes walk on a good path. Quiet and peaceful. No added cleaning fee.

Our two bedroom cottages are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destinations. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee.
