Hidden Hut, Shepherd Hut in East Yorkshire

‘Hidden Hut’ is located in the picturesque village of Bishop Burton, just 3 miles from Beverley. The hut is set on the edge of a wooded copse facing west (amazing sunsets) overlooking fields and the Yorkshire Wolds. You approach the hut via a private footpath. At the hut you will find beautiful warm decor with, fast wifi. tv, kitchen, ensuite shower/toilet and multi fuel stove. Outside in the private garden you will find a fire pit with gypsy pot also separate BBQ with deck chairs and hammocks.

It has 3 bedrooms,1 main bathroom, an ensuite and a ground floor toilet. It has utility room,kitchen dinner and lounge area.There is free parking for 1 car and free on street parking. It is near a supermarket,mcdonalds,filling station and takeaway shops nearby. Self check in/check out service.

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The location is popular with cyclists, horse riders and fisherman with Risby lakes being a mile away. (Horse field available on request) The accomadation is a bright spacious 3 bed 2 double and one bunk bed room which has been converted from stables.

The Cow 'ouse is a one bedroom self-contained barn conversion featuring exposed beams. We have retained as many of the original features as we could. Our barn conversions are in the middle of our 350 acre farm in rural East Yorkshire. Our dawn chorus is the donkeys, birds and goats, certainly not any traffic! We are a remote location but within easy driving distance of Beverley, Hull, York, Market Weighton and the surrounding villages offer a good choice of pubs and restaurants.

The property has recently been converted in 2024 to a high standard whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building. Ideally situated for travel being on the M62 corridor. The the local pub, cafe, Co-Op and Indian restaurant are just yards down the road. The train station is a 9 minute walk, with countryside walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way.
