Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

Lejligheden har en stor stue og spisestue med pejs og balkon mod haven. To soveværelser. Meget fint køkken med alle behov, opvaskemaskine, Miele vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Nyt badeværelse med brusebad. Adgang til meget hyggelig have. Oplev inden for gåafstand: Hellerup strand, shopping, restauranter, design og supermarked.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Njut av naturens spektakel på första parkett. I denna unika och lugna stuga med havet som granne är avslappning garanterad. Stugan är lagom för två personer, sängen är en bekväm dubbelsäng på 180x200cm. I det lilla pentryt går det att laga enklare rätter på två spisplattor och mikrovågsugn. Uteplatsen har en lounge zon samt matplats och grill. Parkering för två bilar. Vill man fiska är platsen idealisk för havsöringsfiske.
